I went to the new branch of Ison harriso in Skipton (Formerly Crangles) on the High Street specifically to use their commercial department. The Soicitor I wanted to re-conect with was Jen Bateman who I had used at another company about Three years previously. Unlike the unprofesional slap Dash service I recieved by her replacement I knew by removing the file and placing it in Jen's hands at Ison's would be a good move. The whole process was pain free and I was left

Louise Shuttleworth and Zoe Wogan were extremely efficient and professional throughout the sale of my mum's flat. I was kept informed and received responses very promptly. What can I say about Ison Harrison? I asked for help with my simple divorce which was estimated to cost between £1,800 and £5,000. £11K was the total bill and we didn’t even go to court. Totally been ripped off, overbilled and was completely fobbed off when I complained with aspects of my complaint not even addressed and things in the response that simply weren’t true. Currently in the hands of the legal ombudsman.

Used Ison Harrison for a new build purchase. The transaction completed, but I later found that planning and boundary landscaping obligations affecting my property had not been clearly explained in practical terms.
When I sought clarification, the responses lacked certainty and clear guidance. I expected more proactive, plot-specific advice rather than general references within lengthy documentation.
Prospective new build buyers should ensure they receive very clear written explanations of any boundary or landscaping restrictions before proceeding.

I would like to thank Hayley and Meghan at the Guiseley practice for dealing with the purchase and sale of 2 properties.
