Having lived and worked in the UK as an EU national for over 35 years, as well as holding a permanent residence card, I was shocked when I realised my immigration status was at risk and that I needed to make an EUSS application. I swiftly contacted Irwin Mitchell to assist with a late application under the EUSS. From the very beginning Mandeep Khroud and Craig Wright were reassuring, knowledgeable and wholly committed to helping me put things right.

I approached Irwin Mitchell for advice on medical negligence
I approached Irwin Mitchell for advice regarding medical negligence not sure I had a case. From the start I found them to be professional and considerate. Tom and Harry kept me fully informed at all times, even contacting me during quiet periods in my case to assure me things were still moving forward. Every aspect was fully explained by Tom, including legal jargon and costs. I was even offered advice on where I could access specialist rehabilitation and therapy which has greatly helped my recovery.
