Am here now. Witnessing rude and arrogant staff on shift this morning. Generally disorganised and I'm the one in the wrong for pressing my button to try and get their attention. He was upset as I was. The gentleman also was obviously embarrassed. Staff member then rude to me, she clearly knew she was in the wrong. Some staff are good.

After nearly 5 years I reached settlement after a RTA and I cannot speak highly enough of the team I had to help me achieve this.
Through out the case I was connected with what I felt was the best of the best to aid me in my rehabilitation to recover from the physical/mental injuries sustained, It feels premium the care you get. The network they have has you seeing the best medical experts/healthcare professionals in the country.
Henry Frankish was the main man on the case and has been with me from the start, throughout the full time Henry has been professional and worked to the highest standard, he was also caring throughout for me and my family always there to support as much as he could. I had full trust in Henry and was confident following his advice.
Justina Molloy joined the team and I felt the same as I did with Henry I really valued Justina’s advice and was comfortable asking her opinions in meetings again full trust I felt she had my back and always pushed for the best to help get this over the line.
Richard Livingston my barrister was impressive and I was very happy with how he represented/spoke for me. Again the highest standard.
Also a like to mention Laura Mcilduff who spent a lot of time working on this case and supporting me she always helped put my mind at ease before going on leave. Rebecca Bell another, again cannot speak highly enough of everyone who was involved.
