From the initial start of the process I…

From the initial start of the process I have received nothing but support and advice from Hayley Smith. Everything has been explained along the way and I have been given time to make decisions. When I’ve had questions or needed support Hayley has been easy to contact and she has not hesitated in referring me for additional support from the welfare and benefits team.

One man, 1 dog, 1 car, life changing

A brief summary of my accident was out walking the dog, car came onto the pavement and caused multiple injuries.
I have nothing but compliments to reign down on the entire Irwin team.
At the very start when emotions are high, the brain is foggy, injuries are healing, Sophie Dewsbury ( Walsh), took control of my case.
She was extremely professional, answered all my questions promptly, explained them in simple terms and ensured that I was constantly informed of the developments in my case.
Along the way, she took advantage of the resources Irwin have, that I suspect other firms may not, by putting me in contact with Miranda Hutchinson, who set up a Personal Injury Trust for me, Rianna Elsemore who dealt with my schedule of loss and many other departments that helped with various other things.
At some point, around the middle of my case Sophie was supported by Hilary Wetherell, who offered up the same support, the same informative approach and helped with the final settlement figure.
I could write a book on all they did for me but to summarise, I have no complaints and I am pleased with the final outcome.

Fantastic from start to finish

Following the recent settlement of my legal claim regarding my late father’s death from mesothelioma, I wanted to share my appreciation for the excellent service I received.
Kerry, Simon and Vicky from the Asbestos-Related Disease team were consistently available to answer questions, provide support, and offer clear guidance throughout the process. Communication was always prompt, straightforward, and easy to understand, which was particularly important as my elderly mother was the claimant. At every stage, I felt fully informed about the options available to us.
The team handled the case with efficiency, professionalism, and genuine care, giving me confidence from start to finish. The final outcome was very positive, and I fully recognise the effort and expertise that went into achieving it.

Very business like but with a personal touch

The guys at Irwin Mitchell were great from the very first call to the day I settled my claim. Even when I was frustrated they always took the time to explain the reasons behind timescales etc. I started out with Esen until she went on maternity leave but she left me in great hands with Abbie. Both really nice and often made me feel I wasn’t being a pain when I was. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Sarah Coyne (Irwin Mitchell LLC) did a FANTASTIC job for me !

Sarah Coyne (Irwin Mitchell LLC) was not my first choice as the Conveyencing Solicitor I wanted to entrust my conveyancing to ... I tried out a couple of local Essex Conveyancing solicitors first ... but their service appeared to be so lack-lustre and innefficient that I thought ... "there must be someone better !". When I got in touch with Irwin Mitchell, they followed up quickly and I never looked back ! Sarah Coyne was so comfortable and efficient to work with, I was never afraid to ask her the most trivial question or detail, she explained things so patiently ! Dealing with Sarah was like dealing with a family member, she sometimes even replied to my emails outside office hours ! Amazingly, even though "Completion Dates" are supposed to be "Written in stone" and time was short, Easter holidays, cheques to clear, and she was on holiday part of the time, Sarah made sure that that the completion of my bungalow took place on exactly the date Sarah had agreed for completion ! Thank you and well done Sarah Coyne ! I found Irwin Mitchell's professional fees and charges to be quite reasonable and competitive, considering that Irwin Mitchell is a world class firm of Solicitors, and famous too !
