This company owes me €729 they are complete fraudsters

avoid this company at ALL COSTS!!!! it's not an Irish company!!!! bought a treadmill thinking I was supporting Irish. had to pay nearly €100 for customs tax. and when it FINALLY arrived it has a foreign plug so now have to go buy an adaptor!

So Lil Update with our friends at the Irish Sports Warehouse , after two weeks of email had received an email for one of the customer service staff saying basicly I was my own fault they hadn't replied as I had emailed to many times , and they were chronological working threw emails , hmmm 😕 to me that means date order so my email should have been seen , so as I had emailed "too many" time I had "reset" myself and query on their list ... they had also advised the decided to replace the damaged bike 😏 however as per their reviews on this site I had very lil hope in this so paid 80€ myself for the bike to be fixed as was an Xmas present for family member , needles to say have had no further contact from them now regarding my muni I've had to pay for bike that has cost me now €380 In total ,

I ordered and paid for a treadmill on the 5th of January it is now the 18th of January nothing from the company sent a number of emails but they will not reply no tracking number no nothing looks like item never left Warehouse sent number of emails asking for money back no reply stay away

This is not an Irish company, you will get charged import fees as they are UK based. Do not order unless you have calculated how much extra you will have to pay.

NOT BASED IN IRELAND, so you will be paying Import Fees from UK!!!!

I chose to buy an exercise bike from them as they had a .IE address. Turns out they ship from UK and they do NOT tell you that on their website. So my 90 euro bike is now 140 with 25 in shipping and 25 in import fees!

I would not have purchased from them if I had known!!

I was told order would be here within a week, then delayed to two weeks and now delayed another month. Very unprofessional, cant get an expected delivery date.

On the December 10th, I purchased the "Iron Man IM-409 3 Station Home Multi Gym", knowing it would be available in stock the week commencing 14th December 2020. The company promised to deliver heavy items 10-15 days. After 3 weeks waiting, I started to contacted the company to obtain more information about the delivery. They always responded me 1-3 days which I was not happy about it. Anyway I received my order in the second week of January 21, the company explited my order delivery in 2 different days which it was very strange. The good news is I received everything after a month of purchased.

Attrocious company to deal with. Customer service is non-existent. I had to chase my delivery up myself with the courier because they refused to do so. It took a week and a half of calls and emails for the courier to even acknowledge that they had received my parcel. My spin bike eventually arrived 24(!!!) days after I ordered it. Save yourself the heartache and just buy somewhere else.
I have never left a review before, but I was so annoyed with this company I felt compelled to do so.

We ordered and paid for our daughters treadmill for Christmas in October. They claimed that we signed for the treadmill that was apparently delivered to our address early November, which in fact we never received or signed for, we got the run around for weeks, they told us the treadmill was on the way and then in December told us we had already signed for it back in early November. This was our daughters main Christmas present which they never got on Christmas morning. We NEVER received the treadmill and we have not received a refund either. The customer service was diabolical, we were told to take it up with their courier!!!!! Our agreement was with Irish Sports Warehouse not the courier that THEY hired to deliver our treadmill. The stressed they caused for weeks was unnecessary and not our fault. I would never buy a single item from this crowd again. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Ordered a Treadmill for 3 Teenagers for their Christmas present on 29th October to ensure it would arrive by Christmas. The original order said to expect delays and I had no issue with that - However it had still not arrived by end of November so I starting emailing to be told each time it's on it's way and not to be worried. Eventually I was told on 16th December that it was actually "delivered" on 6th November and that it was too late to query with the courier. (They expected me to deal with the courier). I have video evidence from my alarm system that it was never delivered - yet I have still not received a satisfactory response and now have to go down legal route to recover funds. So upshot is Kids never got Christmas present, were upset in lead up to Christmas (had to buy replacement in meantime as it's not their fault) and I am still awaiting satisfactory outcome. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS CROWD THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL / CHANCERS OR BOTH.

Horrendous experience. Purchased an air hockey table 3 weeks before Christmas, thought it better to support Irish company, "Guaranteed Christmas Delivery" but unfortunately never appeared. After back and forth to customer services I got misleading messages that delivery was 'soon', but after investigating myself I was able to track down the parcel to a depot in Newry and was told it was not going to be delivered before Christmas, had to drive 90 mins on Christmas eve to pick it up myself. Disgraceful service. Avoid at all costs. Still waiting on a reply to my last message.

Extremely poor customer service. Ordered a Pool table which was received defective (nail pressing up into the felt surface of the table causing a bump in the playing surface)

Emailed them to report fault the day we received it in mid December, and have emailed consistently after that. Received one reply offering to replace it, but I asked if it would be possible to perhaps receive an alternative item as I did not feel confident in the quality of the product

No response since :(

I ordered a Strength Master 8101 Single Station Gym on 20 November. I regretted ordering it after reading the reviews but other than a slight delay with delivery, the home gym arrived and I am very satisfied with it.

Bought a pool table from them just opened it Christmas Eve the pool table is smashed to pieces what the hell do I tell my boy in the morning for Christmas

I was very VERY reluctant to order from this company after reading reviews here on trust pilot but I could not get the product anywhere else ( ride on Mercedes kids electric car €279 ) because they had 700 reviews even doh many bad and still an operating company I said I will take the risk for Christmas .... to my shock the product arrive super fast in just 2 days the week before Christmas quicker than my littlewoods order made on the same day 🎄... set up was fine no missing parts or anything faulty . I use trust pilot before ordering anything and have never wrote a review before but I felt this site deserve it because if I found the car anywhere else I would not have ordered from this company and prob wouldn’t have received it so quick . So thank you so much Irish sports warehouse and I hope this review helps.

Bought a treadmill from them. At the website it said the weight limit was 130kg, but when it got here the manual said the limit weight was 120kg.
Which does not suit my husband.
Treadmill came with scratches on the display.
E-mailed them and they offered me €20 back for the scratches, and they wouldn't take it back because the Manual was wrong, the manufacturer made a mistake and the limit weight was definitely 130kg.
So I was left with a treadmill that my husband couldn't use, because he is over 120kg and we didn't want to take the risk to damage it.
They basically said they couldn't do anything and later said that I could send the equipment back at my own cost, and any damage would be deducted from the price I paid for it.
They don't have a phone number to get in touch, and their head office is not based in Ireland, any returns are to be sent to England.
I was very frustrated and angry. It was meant to be a gift to my husband and ended up being a headache.
Company not recommended, really bad service.

I order an item from irish sports warehouse. the entire experience was a disgrace. only half the order was dropped off. the courier said to contact the company who do not return calls! I am still waiting for a refund and /or the rest of the order to be delivered .. NOTHING in weeks
BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!

I ordered a treadmill for 600 in October. After reading some of these reviews I panicked and considered cancelling my order before it arrived. However, treadmill arrived within 1 week and was easy to assemble. So far, no issues. However, when running every now and again a loud crack of plastic can be heard. As the entire frame is steel I believe it is from some of the outside design features - as long as it does its job this doesn't bother me. Other than that, delighted with this product.
