I received a can used. Was rusted at bottom did not have the extension piece to spray hard to reach places. Was not the can shown on site at all. Contacted support was told I had to drive miles for a refund as I might use product still if new one was sent. Seriously what a terrible customer support and experience. The can top was taped up upon removing it could see lid was cracked deliberately hidden from view.

Not sure why the low ratings but my 1st order experience has been Great. No issues with the items received, completely sealed packed and delivered within 2 working days. Will keep using them in future!!

part delivered in a box that was obviously opened and the wrong part put inside (Different part number to that on the box/ordered).
No response to my email, no effort made to arrange for a replacement. Had to open a Paypal dispute to get my money back which meant I was out of pocket for several weeks.

I would like to support Irish business, but with this level of service, we've no choice but to order from Elsewhere instead

for the 3rd and final time they have comprehensively screwed up a simple order which unfortunately has cost me 6hrs and 500euro. cost me not them. this is the last time l will be taken for a fool. they are obviously incapable, was only desperation made me give them a 3rd chance. AVOID PEOPLE, JUST SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND EXPENSE .JUST AVOID

I was in desperate need for a battery for my BMW X3. I emailed them at 16:00 in the evening to see if they could help, battery arrived at 11am the next morning to Cork, and was the best value of all the online retailers for an AGM 94 ah Exide battery.

Very helpful staff got me exactly what I needed for my car. Needed a BMW part and the lads were able to get it for me no problem and service was amazing. Would highly recommend buying here. The staff alone is worth 5 stars, very lively and willing to help.

I rarely give 5 stars so thats is why it is 4. As said before and from my experience I would ignore the poor reviews. I read them (after ordering) and it incorrectly biased my opinion. Battery arrived within promised time and was as described. IAP might consider using only the word shipping or dispatch but not both. I will be ordering again from these guys.

I’ve recently ordered parts for my bmw, I’ve got to say the new Tallaght shop feels like an all you can eat buffet. They’ve got loads of different brands available, all kind of parts. Prices are unbeatable, the staff is super friendly & very helpful. My car is happy she said we will be coming back again 😁

I ordered a replacement battery for my camera and the order was perfect. My issue was solved! Only downside is the shipping cost.
