Horrible not existent customer service
Horrible not existent customer service. I submitted a query cua the contact form - no response. I sent an email - no response. I tried to contact them via phone - not possible. I chatted with their chat both a d asked for a solution - I was asked to submit a form I asked the both to speak to a human - not possible. In essence - if you have an issue do not count on a resolution. You are stuck.

Very happy with this platform and plan to stay long term provided it stays competitive no with its fees and keeps things simple, I am using it for a low cost global index fund for my SIPP and ISA.

Unreachable customer support
Unfortunately it’s impossible to contact customer support. I transferred my SIPP in and it’s now sitting in my account as cash and I am unable to invest it. I’ve contacted support and had no response.

ETF ISA portfolio
It is very easy to add cash to my portfolio. I like the auto invest function.
I don't get bombarded with emails but if I need assistance the team are always helpful and prompt.
I wish that some of the performance information was clearer.
For instance if I select one of my ETFs I'm not sure what the Investment return data means.
The % returns are quoting p.a.
I would prefer if they showed daily, monthly changes.

Was easy to join .. BUT
Was easy to join, was impossible to get CS help when an ISA transfer in from HL failed due to NI number mismatch. Cant even see my stored NI number on the investengine website, much less change it, and one email and two in-app messages have got no replay after about a week. Seems you get what you pay for, so off to someone else instead.
