Took too long to get vouchers I must…
Took too long to get vouchers I must have spent 1hour on line then 25 minutes on phone next day do not like you can’t book date till you have vouchers as most are special dates then back on net to get the date you would like still trying to get vouchers got daughter to try now waiting for wife to give it to a go

Once I contacted the booking office, I had a date booked for 2 weeks time for my flying experience

You dont get what you order
Gift experience i booked is completely different to what I am being offered when booking time slot, different helipirt different trip, i booked Cardiff Bay 20 minute Touf and im getting 8 minute city centre tour from Cardiff Airport instead of Cardiff Heliport and you want and extra £30 no option to opt out of upgrades, total rip off

Paid for a 'voucher' and then booking was a nightmare...
Paid for a 'voucher' before I could book the event after reassurance from customer service. Seems odd. to me that you pay before you book anything which is a separate operation AFTER you've paid, It's then a whole different rigmarole? Then having paid the money, I couldn't then purchase the event. Online didn't register any of the codes and voucher number I was given when I paid. I need to ring again to make the booking. This is Irritating, time-consuming, disappointing and poor standard of business. And this is before we have the experience.

Poor customer service
Unfortunately my experience has not been good. Could not get through on phone - waiting on hold almost an hour on 24/7/26 before giving up. Then filled in on line form with my query with no response despite this being over a week ago. I have little faith in this company and do not recommend if you want to rely on customer service to query something prior to activating your voucher.
Re your reply comment below I have supplied my personal details and look forward to hearing from you. 17th Aug and not heard back - not good enough so the 1 star stands.

Great Flying Lesson
I received a gift voucher for a flying lesson and booked it at Tibenham, Norfolk. Voucher was easy to use and booking with Steve at the flight school was excellent.
The one hour flight, also with Steve, was brilliant, and he went out of his way to accommodate things to make the experience go well. Highly recommend Tibenham flight school and everyone involved.
