Interior fabrics should have checked my fabric before I took it away!

Ordered over 2 weeks ago, still no sign off order. Phoned twice, petson on other end no help, didnt recieve promised phone call back with update.

Cant comnent on quality for reasons above

Made to measure cushions came exactly on time and look splendid, I am so pleased with them and the service I have been given.

Essentially Interior Fabrics sell items they don't actually have in stock and then held my money for over 5 weeks before it was forcibly taken from their Paypal account.

I ordered a cushion on 1st March and despite assurance it would arrive when I queried where it was, I was eventually told it was not in stock at the suppliers and I would be refunded. I chased the refund several times and was assured each time the refund had been made but it had not. I eventually had to open a Paypal Case to finally get the refund on 06 April.

Best to avoid this seller.

The service at Interior Fabrics is amazing! The staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. They helped me get exactly what I wanted and the price was more than affordable. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

I have followed Interior Fabrics through three moves because their work and fabrics leaves nothing to be desired.

In spite of assurances that delivery would be made two days ago still have not received order.

To be fair the problem was due to fabric taking 3+ weeks to arrive. I had to chase up as nobody at Intetior Fabrics advised me of the problem. I picked my "package" up and at same time selected my preferred cord acorn but they only 1 and I needed 2 - not a big problem but annoying. Worst of all is that the fabric colour is very much darker than the swatch, so very dissapointed. I had concerns that this might happen and rang interior fabrics. Somebody kindly emailed the pics of the fabric from the shop samples book, as it appeared identical to mine I went ahead with the order. As far as workmanship goes, very good but I am seriously thinking about taking the colour issue up with the supplier.

Indicated product was in stock on website - but took weeks. Had to chase to find out what was happening. Product arrived eventually but took so long not sure I want it now.....

Over the last 30 years I have been using Interior Fabrics for inspiration when decorating our home. 80% of the curtain I have made are using fabric from this fantastic store. They have a wide variety of fabrics and the team are always ready to help with advise. Thank you

So far I have been very happy with your product and the service in the shop, as well as the service provided by the upholsterer. But there is a lot more work to be done and I hope that this will be done without me having to prompt too much.
