Unsatisfactory experience
Hello, I recently ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my mother in Denmark. The picture of what was ordered compare to what was received is vastly different. The bouquet order is consists of a tight gathering of beautiful flowers compared to the bush of greenery that she received, having only a few flowers in it. I would like a new bouquet sent to her that accurately reflects my order and money spent.
Thank you for your interest in hearing feedback and your commitment to customer satisfaction. I have used your services before and plan to use them in the future however cannot deny the disappointment with disorder. I have faith that you will do whatever it is in your power to correct this. Simple process, fast delivery and everyone was happy
I needed to send a bouquet to my sister for her birthday, but the problem was that I didn't live in Denmark. The process of choosing, buying and sending the bouquet was very easy and quick. I received emails and SMS during the delivery process which reassured me. The bouquet lived up to expectations, and the birthday girl, as was I, was very happy.
