Historien om Interflora er historien om et firma, som har formået at følge med tiden og forny sig ved løbende at tilpasse sig kundernes ønsker og behov. Der har i denne proces været en fin balance mellem tradition og fornyelse, og Interflora har gennem tiden stadig formået at værne om floristernes håndværkstradition i deres blomsterbinderier. Selv om blomsterne er Interfloras varemærke, og stadig udgør kernen i forretningen, så udvikler gavesortimentet sig støt og roligt. Men, Danskerne vil gerne give andet end blomster, og derfor tilbyder Interflora i dag også øl, vin, spiritus og chokolade samt smukke vaser til blomsterne.

It would have been five stars if an…

It would have been five stars if an email had been sent to me on receipt of my order. I spent the whole night wondering if my order was OK, and if it was going to get to the funeral. However today I have received emails confirming the order, and also confirming that the order has been delivered - which is excellent service.

Fast delivery

We ordered a hamper from the UK at 11pm and it was delivered the next day in Denmark in the afternoon. We are impressed at the speed of delivery. It was a gift so we didn’t try the products but we can say that the product looked to be the same as advertised.

Buying champagne now, for when Interflora will shutdown

I’ve lived all over the world and bought flowers from every kind of dump you can imagine, but Lenes Blomster and Interflora.dk somehow managed to sink below even my lowest expectations. They didn’t just botch the delivery of an anniversary gift - they turned it into a full-blown insult. After screwing up the timing, they had the nerve to tell me my girlfriend could schlep down to their shop the next day to grab the now-wilted leftovers herself. So, we went from fresh flowers arriving at her door to her playing errand girl for a bouquet that was already past its prime. Great job, geniuses.
What kind of half-baked operation promises a timely delivery - something that actually matters for a once-a-year occasion - and then doesn’t bother with tracking, a heads-up call, or even a shred of basic courtesy? Apparently, they think people should just sit around all day, twiddling their thumbs, waiting for a surprise that’s already DOA. And running a flower shop that can’t handle a Sunday? Pathetic. If you’re that scared of a little weekend work, open a shack in the boonies, not a spot tied to a major station. Lenes Blomster and Interflora.dk are a crumbling mess of a business, and I’ll be popping champagne when they finally go under.
