International delivery is a mess
International delivery is a mess. Not sure if recipient received the flowers yet. One said yes and one said no, I need to embarrassingly asked the recipient to make sure.

Interflora - an awful experience and lack of service.
Can I have a zero grading ? Unbelievably bad experience. Ordered some flowers on the monday to be delivered on the tuesday to an address in London, E1.
Got an email from DPD, the carrier, to say flowers were shipped from Hinckley in Leicestershire (why?) to docklands in London but then sent back again. Why didn't they get the flowers from a local florist in E1 ???
Tried to contact Interflora but near impossible. Found an email address and sent my complaint. Got a message saying they would be in contact 'shortly' and within 48 hours. No idea what is happening to the flowers I ordered as they haven't contacted me. Recipient is out today (wednesday) so I hope they are not left on her doorstep where they will die within an hour in this heat. I've asked for a full refund. Ridiculous service and complete lack of support and contact from their 'customer care (sic)' team.
Received email after 2 days and reply to this complaint. I am getting a refund !! It seems that the particular bunch of flowers i ordered come form a central depot in Leicestershire. I think that's ridiculous when the recipient lives in London but who am I to judge. Would have appreciated an explanation of what went wrong.

No response to my messages. Tried to reschedule but no answer or help in any way. Flowers sat in DPD depot for over a week. Won’t use again unless you get in touch.

Never again-rotten flowers
Very disappointed with my experience. I paid £92 for a flower arrangement that looked nothing like the bouquet advertised on the website. The flowers I received were much smaller, lacked the quality and fullness shown in the promotional photos, and looked significantly cheaper than what I expected. Some of the flowers were rotten.
I chose this arrangement based on the images online, but the product delivered was completely different and certainly not worth the price. It felt misleading, and I was left feeling let down on what should have been a special occasion.
I contacted customer service and provided photos showing the difference between the advertised bouquet and what was delivered. I hope the company will take responsibility and improve both the quality of their products and the accuracy of their advertising.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from Interflora if you expect to receive what is shown on their website.
