Supply not as ordered
Sadly the basket of beautiful flowers I'd ordered to be delivered to my friend in Canada was supplied as a planted basket. A second delivery of flowers in a smaller basket followed and my friend was pleased with them, but this service was not to your normally high standard

The flowers were tied together really tight and not as described in the advert on interflora . I have purchased the same flowers previously and found them to be of excellent quality and presented exceptionally well , this time has let me down badly as this was a special anniversary for my wife and I after my recent hospitalisation a couple of months ago and thought we wouldn’t see this holiday and anniversary together

Awful service
Awful service . Took me 4 emails and 5 days before they told me my flowers had been delivered. Will never use again and I would advise anyone thinking of using these to look elsewhere. They take your money then don’t care what happens afterwards

Interflora really are the best
Interflora really are the best. They have a wonderful network of local florists and all the people i have sent flowers to have never been disappointed. I love to send and receive flowers. Unfortunately there are now some very mediocre companies around. Ive been very disappointed with their offerings when I've received what the sender believes to be a wonderful gift.
I'd recommend Interflora unreservedly.

I placed an order for a bereavement and…
I placed an order for a bereavement and when the flowers arrived they were in a very poor condition when we paid £90! As soon as they arrived I emailed interflora , we had an email in return that someone will call us very soon, no one has called as yet and we are in the 4th day! After waiting couple of hours with no contact from Interflora I called the florist who delivered them. Raising my concern, she was very apologetic and replaced it with a fresh bunch within couple of hours.
I will never use Interflora again, it’s all about the money and terrible service! I am very unhappy as this bouquet was for my boss who lost his young daughter…. I really didn’t need this stress at this time.
I will also be leaving a review on Interflora website, to warn other customers about the poor service.

Non delivery of flowers that took a week for interflora to investigate
I placed an order for delivery to Perth Australia for 2nd July which didn't arrive. Being unable to phone or engage with chat due to agents not being available, I did email as that was the only option. A week after flowers should have been delivered I was advised that due to human error in Australia the order was missed. Although I got refund, I feel it is totally unacceptable that it has taken interflora a week to find out why the flowers I ordered were never sent. I will never use interflora again because apart from non delivery I was unable to get a proper response 7 days after contacting them several times.
Don't use them. The flowers were for my sister's big birthday and because she is now in remission from cancer after gruelling treatment.

I placed an order with interflora on the 29June ,for anniversary flowers for my son in Australia. I wanted them to be delivered for the 8th July .
Very disappointed only to be delivered a day late no explanation why.

Attention to details.
The flowers were beautiful, well presented and arrived on the requested scheduled day and time.
You can’t always guarantee that the bouquet you see on-line is going to be exactly what is made depending on availability of each bloom but this was very close and had the most important part in there…. The 3 sunflowers!

I contacted Interflora by phone to…
I contacted Interflora by phone to raise a concern about an order, only to be told that they do not handle complaints over the phone and that I would need to use webchat or email instead. I had already sent an email and had yet to receive a response. Given the urgency of the situation, this approach is inconvenient and does not suit me, and I imagine many other customers feel the same.
I ordered flowers in good faith through Interflora for delivery on 26 June, and only discovered on 9 July that the recipient may not have received them. When I called to discuss the issue, I was informed that customer services could not deal with my query over the phone.
I find it disappointing that a company of Interflora's size does not offer telephone support for complaints, particularly when customers are trying to resolve potentially urgent and sensitive issues such as missed flower deliveries.
This is a very poor customer experience. I have now been contacted by Interflora as stated. Although I gave them the order reference details with the delivery address details in my original complaint they asked me to resend them, which I did yesterday and they have yet to respond.

Phoned on the morning that i wanted the flowers delivered. Able to get the flowees organised and delivered by 10 in the morning. Very pleased with the look of the flowers and the way the florists showed they had been delivered.
