Christopher assured me on 12/10/25 that a credit of $3.99 will be forthcoming; that remains to be seen. Also, some portion of my subscription fell outside my cancellation request and he put through a cancellation request for the balance of my subscription. I might note that this was not made clear on the website. If no further charges are made and the refund actually comes through, I will be completely satisfied with my experience and would re-rate it a “5”.

seemed a bait and switch. started with a free trial with .95cents charge for owner of a phone number. then $4.99 charge then report with no information then survey where i wrote "nothing received". To get a refund had to call 877 number in Peru - canceled and got 4.95 backeventualy- the additinal 4.95 they asked for before i could get a report was very un clear AND a report never appeared

This showed class and excellence in their customer service. I was further impressed by the fact that they issued a refund because I felt I had not received what I sought. Outstanding business ethic!! Cynthia was very helpful getting rid of the unwanted subscription I didn't want...and getting a refund for me. Intelius makes it very difficult to not get forced into a subscription if one wants just a single use.

Have been incorrectly being charged for this service for over a year. I have explained I have mental health issues which makes managing my money very hard. They said they will review looking to give me one month back. There is proof I haven't used the account in over a year and they refuse to help me. I have been left so upset and so disappointed.
