Be careful. No integrity there. If referred to them as the appointed financial advisor to Housing Association for shared ownership. A Sarah Peckham an advisor there will aggressively sell their services to source your mortgage for a £500 fee. If she fails to get you an AIP she will abuse her powers by not endorsing your application for a sale offer even if you secured an AIP through another broker.
