Even after (reasons not either my own or Neil's doing) we could not complete on a deal, Neil has continued to offer support and professional direction to me. V. quick response - an issue cropped up due to the fact the switch was being done for a non trading company but they quickly providing an alternative solution, so overall very happy with the service and would recommend.
