I’ve only had great experiences with the ICA and its team. The classroom sessions have been engaging and any tech issues I’ve had have been well handled by their support line. Parveen was particularly helpful, patient and friendly. Overall great company!

the communication is easy and customer service excellent, but sometimes it takes long time to respond.

It was difficult to complete the course in the timeframe given, with work and personal commitments. However, the customer service team were very understanding and gave me an extension.

Overall, being in the gaming industry, the compliance certificate was a little too financial markets focused, for me. It would be good to have a more gaming operator focused compliance training, developed. Especially in such a currently, fast evolving market.

I was a little hard pressed for time and was able to chat to the support team to extend the deadline. They were able to accommodate in a very helpful manner!

Over the final revision week for my exam I contacted the live chat several times to ask for clarification over revision questions and exam reports. Katie responded on both occasions which was hugely useful. The responses were quick - with useful explanations including reaching out to tutors for clarification of learning points.
