International licenses not accepted

You guys says you accept International Drive Licenses but actually not!!
I've hold my Brazilian drive license for 8 years and I'm now 4 months in the UK and I can drive in the UK but couldn't find an insurance and you do advertising that you accept, I just lost my time.

The insurers we use do unfortunately put some restrictions on what countries licences we are unable to accept. Brazil is unfortunately one of the countries our insurers will not offer a quotation for. During the online quote process, there is a drop-down of the current licence types we can cover from our panel of insurers. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
