Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service, added a claim to my insurance for no reason which increases my monthly insurance by £50, very complicated to get hold of them to sort it out and just being very useless no clear reason

Just Joined

I have just joined and found the site to be so straight forward and easy to use. Fantastic experience! Even any alterations/additions were easy to execute. Marvellous!

All Good No Issues

Joined earlier this year via one of the comparison sites. Easy to use online portal where all your documents are stored and where you have to upload some stuff. There is also a customer service phone line too. No issues to report all has been straight forward so far. Would have no hesitation recommending to others.

We have been with Insure2drive for a number of years. We have not had to make a claim but we are very satisfied that they have hardly put our insurance up each year
