InstaGroup Reviews

The older guy who did our cavity wall was excellent, could not be faulted.

Very impressed by our experience with InstaGroup right from initial survey to the installation of our loft insulation. Great job.

Excellent, professional service from initial visit to carrying out the work.

I would highly recommend InstaGroup to everyone, the service was excellent right down to the initial call, the helpfulness of the people in the office and the utter first class service of the gentlemen who lagged the loft.

Came on time, efficient install, pleasant staff

Did the cavity insulation ok but refused to put the loft insulation in as they were not sure if the old type loft insulation had asbestos in it. This was after an engineer had originally been in the loft and said it was ok. Since been told it does not contain asbestos and had new loft insulation laid by a reliable tradesman. They were going to put down 270mm insulation which is quite difficult to purchase. I offered to buy just the insulation but they would not sell it separately so had to purchase 200mm insulation instead. All in all not very happy.

good company, good service. They did two jobs for us - loft insulation and wall insulation. Everything was done on time and clean. thank you guys.

Efficiently dealt with and work carried out in good time.

The surveyor turned up at the agreed time. He was polite and knew his job, even when the technology let him down. The quote was significantly cheaper than the other I got (a third company did not come). The surveyor said work would be in 2 to 3 weeks from date of deposit. I rang to book and was asked if "the 28th was ok". As this was 2 weeks in the future I assumed the lady on the phone meant the month we were in. When I rang to confirm the time of the appointment it turned out my booking was for the following month! There is a big difference between 2-3 weeks and 6 weeks. The actual work was done quickly and with a minimum of mess. The installers were late but there was a bad crash that day and traffic was very bad so it is understandable. However, I had to ring up myself to find out why they were late, InstaGroup did not inform me.

Excellent service from beginning to e d, highly recommend this company.

All good. Great friendly installer.

Polite, on time, speedy and no mess👍

Everything done on time and to quote. House left in good state. Friendly service. No issues at all

Very good on the installation of roofing insulation, very disappointed with the office backup very poor in the admin front

Arrived on time and was very professional. The bath, once re-enamelled, looked good as new. Very pleased with the service. Thank you Insta.

Lovely friendly staff, very professional. Had insulation in the walls and loft and would recommend to friends and use again.

Martin and Simon worked very well. Polite, covered carpet and took away the rubbish.
Well done both of you.
