I’ve just completed a 5-week meditation…

I’ve just completed a 5-week meditation course with Eoghan at Inner Peace, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. I went into it thinking I’d never be someone who could meditate - my mind was always racing, I struggled with anxiety, and I wanted to handle daily life and work pressures better.

But from the very first week, things started to click in a way I didn’t expect. The 1:1 sessions with Eoghan were incredibly valuable. He’s so knowledgeable, not just about meditation itself but about how to actually implement it into daily life. He explains things in such a simple, relatable, and understandable way that meditation no longer feels like something only monks or “spiritual people” get to experience — it becomes a practical, powerful tool for everyday life.

By Week 3–4, I had a complete shift in understanding. I finally grasped what it meant to separate my thoughts from who I am — to observe them rather than get swept away by them. That realisation alone has been life-changing.

I’ve now joined the weekly group sessions too, and they’re amazing for keeping me consistent. The WhatsApp group has also been surprisingly helpful — the check-ins, the shared reflections, and seeing how others are progressing keeps me motivated and accountable.

The benefits are showing up in real life in ways I didn’t expect. Just 15 minutes a day sets me up with so much more calm, clarity, and emotional balance. I’m often able to get into a completely zen state (not every day — still practicing! — but far more often than I ever imagined).

I originally joined because I needed help with anxiety, wanted to perform better at work, and hoped to handle day-to-day life with more ease. And this course has genuinely helped with all of that — more than I thought possible.
