Excellent service. Prompt delivery and great communication. There was an issue with the first item delivered but it was dealt with efficiently and professionally and a replacement was sent out straight away. I will certainly use them again in future.

Ordered a Mira shower, arrived very quickly, well packaged and the best price available online.

The website is good, easy to navigate however the delivery costs are prohibitive. I purchased 2 x 14 inch traditional hanging baskets as I needed to see if they were right size - it turns out they were, and I wanted to order another 4, but I hoped that the company could at least reduce the delivery costs by €10. They advised to sign up for a €10 voucher, which I did, but when I went to use it, it is only applicable on orders of €50 or more. I asked them to consider the costs I had already paid to allow me to avail of the €10 voucher....I am still waiting.
I am ready to purchase another 4 items if they will provide the €10 voucher, but I have heard nothing further. It is a shame as the goods were very good quality.

Great experience with making the order. And the tank was delivered fine after a little delay (the first driver said our road was too narrow so it took 2 days longer to deliver) - the road is not too narrow for a truck - they’re in and out all the time - even the 2nd driver said it was wide enough. Apart from that happy customer!

I was really impressed with this company. I ordered paint on line. It came quickly, well packaged. It was a lot cheaper than competitors prices. When I ran out, I rang them, they couldn't have been nicer. So helpful to help me arrange more that was out of stock online. I would definitely use them again. Bonus I got €10 off my first order!

I ordered some manhole covers but I ordered one which was too big.I contacted them and I had an email back from Crona who said just to order the correct one and that she would arrange for DPD to collect the wrong one from me and she would arrange a refund.Excellent service.Highly recommended.
