I have my dozen of sites housed with InMotion and I am delighted to have moved there a few years ago.
The service is superb, I don't think I ever had any down time, and the hot line people are always available and so helpful. When I mess up something they figure out how to fix and never make me feel bad about it.

Over the years
Over the years, I have not been overly satisfied with InMotion service because it was pretty much nonexistent. Something has changed dramatically for the better. My website was not functioning. I emailed InMotion instead of the usual scripted responses reboot this reboot, that, etc. etc. they simply fixed the problem. What a novel concept . Just fix the problem ...it's quicker and easier than having bots chase a customer around or the Indian call centers giving you BS and not solving the problem.
If this level of service continues at InMotion, they finally have differentiated themselves from Hostinger who has excellent service.

I love in motion the whole support team is the driving force behind in motion hosting their services are top notch I rarely had down time ever! every time I contacted the chat support which is 24/7 any time of day night. Gobsmacked at how quick and efficient the problem was solved
My site stopped working after I did a required update. I had no idea how to fix it; couldn't even access the site. Sent a quick email describing the problem and before I knew it I saw an email from InMotion telling me the site was up again and described what was wrong and how to update the offending add-on! I was gobsmacked at how quick and efficient.

I’ve been in this business for over 25 years. InMotion hosting is the best company out of the possibly dozen. I’ve used. This is mainly due to their tech-support. I have never had an issue. I am always able to get a hold of somebody and they always seem to fix the problem quickly. They may be a little more expensive but to me the tech-support is the most valuable part of it.

Help with cloning website from test to live
The first time I reached out, the representative said they couldn't help me and gave me a link to clone the website myself. I tried and could not figure out what to do so I reached out a second time. I was transferred from regular support to Technical Support and the representative was extremely polite and happily helped me get the website cloned and fixed the errors that occurred. I greatly appreciate the help!
