0 stars for 0 service and 0 products in my hand despite today being the 24th business day waiting for them to ship. No response to email request for order cancellation and refund. Disputing the transaction with my financial institution. Save your money and your time and stay far away from this business.

Update 5/17/25: They never replied to my email, but somehow managed to respond to this public complaint within 12 hours with empty platitudes. I did not bother responding. If they truly cared, they would’ve addressed the first email instead of hoping I’d waste my time sending another.

In the end, I had to dispute the charge myself. They took my money, failed to fulfill the order, ignored my request for a refund, and left me waiting well past the timeframe they originally promised. It took over two weeks, but I finally got my money back through my financial institution.

I’m done with Inked Gaming (Titan Mousepads LLC). I won’t be giving them another chance, and you shouldn’t either.

Inked gaming made and delivered excellent 3 quality play mats for my Christmas gifts last year. Unfortunately, there was a few weeks delay, but they kept a high standard of communication with me through the process. Customer service emailed me back within 24 hours and updated my order status and they continually sent out emails to customers to reassure orders weren’t forgotten and they were simply trying their best to meet the high demand. The stitched edging and print quality still looks brand new on all 3 mats after months of intense combat phases and board wipes

Ordered a playmat in January. Waited for 3 1/2 Months until it arrived. Was promised a Coupon Code for a Free Playmat when they caught up. Here we are a month later and no code or eta. :( Great product but, not so great if you have to wait several months...

I ordered a custom play mat on January 14th. As of writing this review, it is May 29th. I have sent multiple emails, half of which were met with automatic bot responses. I still do not have my play mat. I have yet to receive a refund or any compensation for this insane unprofessionalism.

There's not much to say.

Ordered custom binders, playmat, playmat holder, and carrying bag. Interface to upload and set custom art was extremely easy and user friendly. Entire process really was very simple. Items shipped quickly and arrived ahead of time and art matched previews. Quality continues to be the best out of all the game accessories I own. Bag and binders are durable and well constructed. Playmat with the stitched edge, clean looking and keep edges good. Overall great products, easy process, and efficient company. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to get high quality game accessories.

Exactly as ordered, no shipping issues, frequent updates, quality product!

Ordered a playmat, received it MONTHS later only to get the wrong playmat. Feel like I cant even reach out now. 2 days no answer so far...

Ordered a gaming mat for my husband for Christmas. I was made aware of the delay in shipments. I feel that the team at Inked Gaming handled it all well, the emails all felt sincere, and my husband and I are both happy with the quality of the gaming mat. Will order again in the future!

Got my custom playmats to celebrate my game Cardboard KUZU finishing production. Playmats had ended up with better prints and colours than I ever expected, they looked fantastic!

Excellent quality, and I like that they have taken accountability for their past poor performance. It seems that they are working hard to rebuild their reputation. I will purchase many more game mats very soon.

Still using the same playmat 2 yrs later!! Still looks as good as the day I bought it and I would definitely buy another soon !!!

Ordered during the hight of delays. The lack of communication was frustrating but when they did respond they were helpful offering a refund and helping me to change my order address. The final product was exceptionally high quality, every person ive shown it to has commented on how crisp the print looks and i agree. Hope they can get their production issues fixed.

I used to use Inked Gaming to load up my friends with mats and dice bags and all sorts of stuff for the holidays. I've had custom mats printed with my own designs, commissioned works, and more. I recently was going to order a grip of playmats of another personal design as gifts for some long distance friends, and decided against it for a numer of reasons. Price being one, which is of no real fault of the seller.

But now, almost everywhere I look on this website, the sheer amount of AI garbage allowed to be posted and sold here as original art has completely halted my support for this company.

I’ve placed two separate orders with them. Both playmats came out looking great. I paid for the edge stitching for extra durability. They are made well and have held up great for the last three years of near weekly play. I’d gladly order again once I find another image that I like that can be made into a playmat.

I've always been able to reach out to this company and get 110% what I asked for at an affordable cost and timely manner.

I'm sad to give a 3 star.
I first ordered from them back in 2022-2023 and ADORED the mat I got. The quality was great and the art was beautiful.
I was buying my girlfriend one for Christmas, and encountered so many issues. For one, all the beautiful art I adored the first time I ordered is just AI slop now. We SCOURED the website to avoid the ai slop and thought we found a perfect, human-made design. When we (finally) got it in person, it's unfortunately also AI.
I also and ordered back in November. I didn't know if it would make it in time for Christmas, but I gave myself over a month to get it to her in time. It didn't come in until January and looking at the reviews, it seems I was one of the lucky ones.

They had it so good when I first ordered from them. High quality, supporting real artists, and reasonable shipping times.

Now, I'm sad to say it, but the company needs to fix this. Asap.

I will not order from them again until the AI slop influx is resolved. Sorry inked gaming. Ive spoken so highly of you in the past but this has to stop

Placed the order around December, the item arrived in January, which sounds like a lot. But it was shipped from the US to Australia as a gift. Between making a custom printed item and shipping, it made it in pretty geed time as Inked was going through company problems. The print on the custom art desk mat turned out beautiful and durable. I also used Inked in 2022 for a custom art Yu-Gi-Oh playmat and it turned out pretty great. 5 star on that one. Aside from delays during internal issues, this company has been nothing but good to me.

The mat I ordered came much faster than I expected. The art looked great and the tube is sturdy, we still use it at a mat carrier and it looks exactly the same. Will definitely order again.

The mats always come in pristine conditions and the print is always of great quality even with my poor image editing skills. I’ve never had a problem with Inked Gaming before and I hope they continue doing great going forward.
