I ordered three mats from them. Quality was good. But the mats I received were not what I ordered. I ordered two mats with design A and one mat with design B. Instead I received one mat of A and two of B. The biggest problem is that their customer support is non-existent. There is no phone number listed on the website, only email forms, which are never replied to. Because of this, I won't be ordering mats from them again, and I wouldn't recommend them, plenty of other options out there.
Ordered late Jan 2025 and did not receive my order until Aug. I had to email them telling them I would charge back the item for them to ship it out. Quality of the mats were terrible, they are super thin and low in quality. If you want a good quality mat, you can find it in so many other places. This company is absolute crap and a scam.

Great quality custom mats
We've made several purchases with Inked Gaming and it was usually for custom playmats with our own artwork. The quality of the materials, stitching, and printing have always been top notch. We've used our mats for a couple years now and they're holding strong with no signs of fraying or fading.
Been waiting for over month, but that's not my main issue. It's the fact that I get radio silence when I ask about my order status and only get a bot response when I ask about a refund. Don't waste your time with this company.
They did not ship my order nor did they ever communicate with me.
I placed an order on June 25th. I got a notification about how it would be about 15 days to ship, which I understood and accepted. After 27 DAYS I ask for an update and was told it was in final stages and would be shipped in the next week. I then waited two weeks for my order to actually ship and now it has arrived after 7 weeks of waiting and respectfully asking for updates the whole time!
They sent me the incorrect style of product. I mailed it back to return and they never put money back to my card and ignored my inquiry about it.

I ordered a mat for my son back in March 2025, it is now August 7th, and it has yet to come. I have reached out to them 4 times, and only the first time got a response. I have this feeling I have lost the $55 I spent with this company.

Extremely disappointed with Inked Gaming. I placed a custom playmat order on July 22, 2025, and as of now, it still hasn’t been processed, shipped, or canceled. I’ve reached out multiple times through their website, social media, and email—not a single response.
Even more concerning, there are multiple Reddit threads and posts across MTG, Pokémon, and other TCG forums where people are sharing the exact same experience—orders left in limbo, zero communication, and suspicions that the company has shut down.
This wasn’t just any product—my order was a sentimental custom playmat using original art, and their silence is not only frustrating, it’s unprofessional. I’ve since had to open a dispute with my bank to recover the money.
Given the lack of service, transparency, and growing reports of abandonment, I strongly recommend avoiding Inked Gaming. Do your research and look at what others are saying—this is not an isolated incident.
I placed an order on July 2. Received an email about the longer wait times due to high demand, totally understandable. That email also stated that it would take UP TO 15 business days to process and ship. It is now August 2nd, well past those 15 business days. I've sent 2 emails asking for any type of update and have received zero responses.
Hire more people if you're this far behind. Your current business model is absolute trash.
This company exists as a scam only at this point. They have failed to fulfill an order from December 2024 and are continuing to ignore the several emails I have sent requesting updates and / or a refund.
Ordered a mouspad in January and emailed customer service multiple times about where it was, never any response other than automated bs. Finally got fed up near the end of July almost 7 months later still with no mouse pad and just cancelled it and got a refund.
I used to rave about this site. I woupd suggest it to friends, and even used it for my own personal business to get my orders out. But after the latest order... The initial email after the order eas placed about the extended shipping estimate was wonderful, but the lack of a follow up, even when I reached out, that hurt my trust. Not just that though. Earlier in the year I elected for email notifications when your stitched edge mats came back in stock, with no word back. I want to leave a rave review again, to have this be my main distributor. But I have to be honest. I dont know how well I can trust a company that does t even reach out to emails inquiring about order statuses.
