Ink Depot Reviews 

I purchased a package of inks for my Canon MP970 printer. These were delivered very promptly and the order was well-packaged. The cartridges are not Canon original items but a cheaper substitute under the Qimage label. I have now put 3 colours and 1 black cartridge in the machine and none of them operate correctly. The black cartridge does not print at all. It's embarrassing as I use this printer to print papers for clients of my business. All I can do is remove them and replace them with Canon items. I will likely return these items and I will not be ordering them again.

Ordered Sunday, arrive after 5pm Thursday. Fastway Couriers took to long (4 whole days) to deliver, and parcel had extensive damage on arrival - time to look for another courier company, I would suggest.

I have been buying from Ink Depot for year now. I always get fast delivery at great prices. I work from home, and it's convenient to be able to get the ink to your doorstep without having to go out to a store (where I would also have to pay more for the same product!)

Top service, fast prompt and super fast delivery, can't fault them. Have bought ink cartridges from Ink Depot twice now and will definitely be coming back to get more when they run out.

The printer I purchased was the cheapest price available on the net.
I ordered it in the afternoon and the next morning it got delivered (I live in the country).

I've bought toner from Ink Depot on two occasions now, and from my point of view they're simply the best! Why? because they offer competitive prices and, importantly, an easy, customer-friendly online ordering process - with my recent purchase, for example, the price was great, I could pay through Paypal, I could give my shipping address as a PO Box number and.............the icing on the cake was that I also qualified for FREE shipping! Wait - there's more! ....I scored a friendly shipping confirmation email from them, fast delivery, and some loyalty points too, for next time. Most other sellers insist that I pay a hefty freight charge and wait around at home for a courier to deliver the goods - a real sticking point with me. So thank you Ink Depot - I really love the way you do business! You make it easy.

I ordered ink for my Lexmark and all was ok until delivery.

Toll, who this company uses, are absolutely useless. I work each day and normally deliveries are taken to nearest post office. Not toll. They only leave at selected post offices, the nearest one to me was 20km away.

Their drivers do not have phones apparently so they cannot give you a time to deliver, you just have to sit by the front door for 10 hours. Bad luck if you want to use the bathroom.

A small ink cartridge was extremely overpacked, a shoebox sized box contained, my cartridge, two empty cartridge boxes and a stack of bubblewrap.

Finally got package after 3 redeliver requests, even then it was delivered on incorrect day than requested.

We've been using Ink Depot for a while now and at several different addresses, always super fast and they use a delivery service that actually tries to deliver and doesn't just drop a card in the letter box and leave it to you to do the work!

I appreciate the reminders and the quality of service and fast turn around between ordering my printer cartridges and the delivery time. No pain, no fuss.

Ink Depot have an excellent range, they are well priced, and when we've needed customer service (in the case of a rare error) they were exactly what you would hope for. We're regular customers.

I'm always getting cold calls selling toner cartridges and so far no one can come close to the prices I get from Ink Depot. We only get genuine for our machines and the others are always trying to sell me re manufactured. Delivery is always the next day and have even received some on the same day if ordered early in the morning.

Still using my first batch of Generic laser print toner by 4 carts. Very impressed with the way my order was handled by the Company. Assistance offered by Company was spot on. I would have no hesitation recommending the Company to friends and colleagues and intend using them on my next order provided price etc., is right!

I work in a small organisation and when I need replacement ink jet cartridges for our copier I know I can get them quickly and at an excellent price from Ink Depot. What I appreciate most is that unlike some other companies I am not hounded constantly by salesmen calling to sell me their product when I'm at work on limited time. I do compare prices with other internet companies and Ink Depot come out on top both with the products I need and delivery cost. They also have an excellent rewards program which helps our cash strapped organisation to save even more.
