I was so disappointed with this firma. They never sent the initial bill and only sent a 3rd reminder with astonishing reminder fee. Then they told me it was my fault that I didn't ask for a first bill. But I never got an order confirmation, tracking number, bill or even price. 0 communication. All they want is more money. Very bad customer service, unhelpful. No understanding with your issues.
All the companies working with them should change their paiment methods. I will never order with them again, always find another way/site.
