Service Nightmare
Bought a used Landrover discovery from their Stockport dealership and had a free service thrown in, had the service, they lost the service log book, now trying to find the record and they are extremely unhelpful and pushing me from pillar to post. I can’t believe there is not central database that they can access and confirm
Infiniti (leeds)
Terrible after sales service car care warranty not worth the paper its written on as a claim for a leaking rear light unit which when it rained the o/s/r indicator would not work due to the ingress of rain water was thrown out as car care plan do not cover any led lighting. No longer do mots on site so the mot insurance is useless and i am still waiting for a call back on how much the service which was due on my vehicle will cost this was a month ago. Needless to say i have taken my vehicle to an independent garage for its service.Friendly sales staff but the follow up from service staff is awful

Infiniti Reading garage is useless.
We bought a QX70 10/01/2020 and we trusted to the Main Dealer Company and the Salesman.
We had a deal that included a “A” service.
After sales (3 Days),horrible smell came out from the aircon and I straight away checked the pollen filter and was old destroyed and dirty.
Started a doubts in my mind.
I checked the oil filter,same condition dirty and old.
I realized that the service wasn't done properly.
I immediately sent the emails to the manager and the salesman to clarify the actually situation.
Nobody replied to me and i decided to go in Infiniti Reading with my husband and founded a solution for my situation( that happened 04/02/2020).
Mr Bukhary didn't calculate my emails because is capacity is limited but he helped me to register my car in the Infiniti Website and Mr Stones (the manager)promised to make me happy and do the service in front of me and change oil filter ,engine oil and cabin filter.

The manager resolved the problem,he authorised to did a new service for my car in 14 February 2020.
Unfortunately after that they gave my car I realised that the problems is inside the garage in Infiniti main dealer Reading.
The foreman and is staff didn’t respect the cars of the customers because I noticed:
- After the service I checked the oil level Inside the engine and I founded half level in the dipstick.
- Many dirty oil finger prints on the dashboard,seats,steering wheel,doors panel,engine cover.
- Many white marks into the front seats and in the floor matts.
I didn’t complain because I understood that the level of this garage was low level And I personally cleaned everything with my husband.
By phone the automatic record said:
“Infiniti is not just a car but a experience” for me very bad experience and for sure I never contact Infiniti main dealer again.
Every magazine called the Infiniti a luxurious wing from Nissan but unfortunately if the people that working are unprofessional,negligent,and they don’t care about your car,the Fiasco is behind the corner.
This reflects the actually situation in Infiniti right now.

I can not praise infiniti stockport high enough, from the 1st contact on the Monday evening to picking up the car on the Saturday morning the whole procedure was flawless,I've purchased many cars in the past, but never was i made to feel at ease and valved as I did at infiniti stockport, all the staff I spoke to was really friendly,the sale consultant Tim Jeffries was an absolute credit to the company, he went above & beyond in trying to get me the right deal, and talked me through the whole procedure and put me at ease with any questions I had regarding the car, I would also like to thank sales consultant Andrew Clayton who was there to greet me on the Saturday morning and finish off any outstanding paperwork and present me with my new amazing dream car which I absolutely love , the things that made this whole experience special was the little things that other car places /dealerships take for granted, keep up the good work

From despair to joy!
After being let down by BMW Williams across the road I was left disheartened by my situation with a BMW M4 that had depreciated like a stone. I spotted a Golf GTD at an incredibly reasonable price with Inifiti Stockport and went to trade the money pit that was the M4 in.
Tim was polite and presented an immaculate used car, it was like brand new - drove as expected and they helped with the negative equity leaving me with a £750 hole instead of £6,000!!!
I agreed the deal there and then and was able to pick up the car first thing the next working day.
To the BMW rep who looked at my situation and said "go and get yourself a Corsa" (nothing wrong with a corsa, but we know what he meant), no thanks, I went to Infiniti over the road and received great service, a great car and a great price.

Best Car Buying Experience
This car buying experience has been, bar far, the best I have had the pleasure of. I arrived unannounced and the car I was interested in was at the front of the building. Within 30 minutes I had test driven the car and was discussing options with Tim Jefferies. Needless to say, I bought the car and picked it up two days later. The car was spotless but after a weekend of owning the car I noticed the two new tyres fitted to the rear were incorrect. I went back and pointed this out and the tyres were changed (Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 5) the next day.
I would like to thank Tim and the dealership for the attention and service and for supplying me with a great car. I'll be seeing you again...

Definitely a 5 plus star rating
As someone who hates shopping I was dreading buying a car and initially had a very bad experience with another local car supermarket. However, the model of car I had set my heart on became available at Infiniti Leeds and I turned up unannounced one morning and was immediately put at easy by Dave who I later discovered was the General Manager and Simon who guided me through the selection, test drive and purchase procedures in such a relaxed and comfortable manner. My first visit was on the Wednesday and by Friday evening I was driving the car out of the showroom unable to believe that the whole process had taken place without me feeling the slightest bit stressed, pressured or concerned.
Nothing was too much trouble, even down to picking me up from Leeds rail station as I had to return my hire car to York.
I can't thank Dave and Simon enough and highly recommend anyone to check what Infiniti have to offer before thinking about going anywhere else.

Such a shame to see these discontinued in the UK when the build quality is as good as or even better than any german equivalant. How can I safely drive my car without fully functioning brakes as there was 0mm brake pads left? And that just week after that !"£% garage made a full inspection of my brakes (2nd service) on 15000miles. I have requested a full brake check before I gave my car to them for a annual service. They told that nothing to worry about and 4mm will be fine to drive another year or 7000miles (dodgy noice is not an issue pal). I call them and leave a voice message that says I have a problem with my brakes and noone call me back. It is disgusting.

Worst costumer service as I ever come across!!!
I bought car online from Birmingham shop few weeks ago. Information I have been told about that car wasn't most accurate . I been told that car was service recyntle and MOT was just done!!! Car was service 3 months before and MoT was only for 6 months.They never give me MoT cert!!!! I call them that I want to return car sale manager had really nasty attitude. I'm not sure if he had that attitude if I was English but it was very unprofessional. I was told to email them that I'm Rejected purchase and he think about it . I email sale manager don't know how many times to confirm return time of this car all my email was ignore, I left him voice mail that I'd return this car and pay extra 3 or 4 thousand pounds for car I like unfortunately he ignore that as well. I return my car on 18th I was told all paperwork will be email to me, I was waiting more than a week and hasn't received anything from them I email him today and how I'm surprised He total ignore me again. I'm sure if I was English he would not treated me lake this!!!

I have now bought 2 cars from the infinity showroom at Braehead and both times was remarkably smooth with the sales team sorting all the paperwork and making the whole processs so easy.
No pressure or pushy sales person and given space and time to make informed decision.

Take your cash elsewhere, used vehicle delivered with dangerous brakes!
I purchased a used Audi Q3 from Infiniti Birmingham in July 2019. The initial sale was a smooth process but we agreed that work was required on the vehicle before I took delivery.
The vehicle was delayed past the agreed delivery date because it took the dealership two weeks to pay Audi for the service and brake fluid change. Eventually I get the vehicle, to discover that the front brake pads are crumbling out of the callipers and ATS advised me that the vehicle was not road worthy with the brakes in that condition (photographic evidence was retained).
Gary Piper the sales manager consistently dodges phone calls, promises to follow issues up and doesn't bother coming back to you.
Three weeks on from vehicle delivery I am still waiting for the warranty dates to be adjusted, for a formal response regarding why I was provided with a dangerous vehicle and for the vehicle V5 (which I suspect hasn't yet been sent to the DVLA based on the speed everything else is done at).
My advise for anyone considering purchasing a car from this dealership is to go elsewhere, somewhere they actually care about the customers!
