So many people don’t know about greenlight and struggling to get car finance, but if anyone needs car finance greenlight is best place to get it

I do have finance with greenlight and economical is really nice but guess I would like to swap as soon family car always greenlight greenlight is the best if anyone would like to have car finance move forward to greenlight also the service is very useful when I started to get them I wasn’t really sure but when I connected contact to the service the direct me to what I can do so Ther absolutely amazing people to have a chat with them and they will guide you what you can do, obviously I love it

bmw CONFIRMED MY CAR HADNT BEEN SERVICED IN OVER A YEAR. DISPITE THESE SCAMMERS SAYING IT WAS TWO DAYS BEFORE I PICKED IT UP!!!!!!!!

I had a great experience with…

I had a great experience with Greenlight Motors from start to finish. The team is absolutely amazing — they supported me every step of the way and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

They managed to find me a finance option that was even below my budget, which I really appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout, and I was always kept informed about everything. They took the time to clearly explain all my options, so I felt confident in my decision.

A special thank you to Paris from the office — she was very kind and helpful on the day of collection. I honestly don’t have enough words to thank her and the whole team.

Highly recommend Greenlight Motors!

My service today with Paris was very good. She was polite and welcoming and very knowledgeable. I had all my questions answered. A great service today. Would definitely recommend.

Best people to buy a car from

They have given me a very good car according to my needs and budget. Their service and staffs are very helpful. Mainly Fatima who helped me a lot throughout all the process to buy my new car. She handled everything very patiently and helped me decide which car will be good for me and did all the process smoothly. I am really happy with her service.

⭐ 1 Star would be a minus if it was possible – Ongoing Refund Issue & Poor Communication

I rarely leave reviews, but this has been an incredibly frustrating experience with Greenlight Motors.

They were very quick to take payment, but once that was done, the level of service dropped off completely. I raised serious issues with the vehicle just four days after collection, yet this has not been handled properly from the outset.

The vehicle has now been returned to them and was eventually collected, and it is already back up for sale on their forecourt while my issue remains unresolved. I am still chasing the return of funds, which should have been a straightforward process, but there has been no resolution and no clear communication despite multiple attempts.

The lack of urgency and accountability is extremely concerning. I’ve been left dealing with delays, stress, and a situation that should never have been this difficult to resolve.

Overall, a very poor experience. Based on how this has been handled, I would not recommend Greenlight Motors. As it stands, the funds still have not been returned.

First of all spoke to one of your colleagues Named Eram I told Her I was interested in the car Renault Arkana the registration number is ce71zst. she said yea it is still available then i negotiated with the price and we made a deal my finance went through then she said you need to leave a deposit . of £ 200 which didn't make sense because the finance was paid to them and she said that the manager said we can secure the car after this there was no contact whatsoever from her I messaged her on her WhatsApp several times regarding the full service history she kept avoiding the question and then she said I am off work I will call you back once I am in the office there was no call whatsoever from herself then one of the sales rep called her name was Paris then she said the car has come to our four court and it is ready for you to collect on Saturday 28/03/2026 when spoke to her on the phone she said the car will go through a full inspection and a full valet can you please collect at 3 pm on Saturday so we arrived at the showroom and had a look at the car the car was not valeted the stain on the drivers seat was still their it wasn't washed or polished it look like the car came from the auctions as it is nothing was prepared I asked her and she gave me an excuse that its been standing its got dirty because I came from a logway didn't argue with her just told her ill just take the car as it is there was no service history on a 21 plate car the service was appalling basically they just wanted to get rid off me and the car absolutely jokers who ever buys from this dealership please be aware very miss leading to buying a car for £13000 pounds the service was awful also in the listing it said it had partial service history

Deposit money taken but no refund

Don't give this dealership any deposit money. They will ignore calls and make you wait ages for a refund, yet they get it from you very quickly and are extremely pushy. Avoid... Disgusting!!!

Not pleasant at all

Absolute nightmare from
Purchase and 8 months in owning the car, I was promised a new MOT and service, delivery of the vehicle on a certain day then it arrived 3 days later,
No fresh MOT and definitely hadn’t been serviced the oil was low and the colour of it didn’t indicate a recent oil change.
After half hour of owning the car the engine management light came on…
I made them aware of this to which my emails and phone calls was ignored
I had to then raise a complaint to the finance company, I got the car in
May, they then took the car back to be repaired in December..
I got the car back the original
Faults remained, this is ongoing still and I’m
Absolutely stressed with it! I’m
Glad there has been some good experiences but mine has been very unfortunate
The aftercare is non existent and the lack of communication is terrible

Adeel was more than helpful. Such a fast and easy process. My wife applied through an ad on TikTok and within 3 days the car was delivered. Very happy our lovely new car. Thank you!
