Pre sales phone call was not helpful
Rang to find out what sort of additional expenses I would incur as duty when the shipment comes into the UK. You would think that if they do any sort of business with UK customers they would have some idea of what the duty is likely to be. I wasn't asking him to quote a specific value, just to give me an indication. He was totally uncooperative. Couldn't even tell me how I could find out myself. Either he was having a bad day or just couldn't care less on getting the business. So in the end I decided the very small amount I would save on buying the cards from them was not worth the risk of getting them locally. Ordering locally I got the delivery within a week, I could easily get mistakes rectified if there were any, and there were no hidden costs. I've given a 2* rating purely on the unhelpful customer service I got and not on the quality of the product (which I never bought).
