Well, I ordered the sample box so I can get an idea how my kitchen will look with the new tiles.
And I got your message that the delivery of the box will be delayed due to logistical issues.
But you did not mention how big is this delay ... 1 week, 1 month, 1 year?
So my one star is only for this specific issue.
Hope that once I decide which tiles to buy, I will not face the same issue.
Update:
Got the package, it was worth the delay.

I ordered 43 packs of parquet in 2 different colours. During installation I realized that there was 2 redundant packs of 1 color and lack of 2 packs of another color.
I came to the shop and ask to change them (the price was the same) but I was told that I should order 2 packs of parquet that I need and they couldn't take back the redundant packs.
So I had to order 2 extra packs to finish my renovation
Really bad service.
