Delivery poor contact response poor order placed 3/1/22 on 3-5 day service order promptly acknowledged now 14/1/22 no communication at all incl no response to e Mail

I did not use my pans as the labels instructed (but as I always have used pans) and so had some initial issues with the specialist finish. But excellent customer service helped both explain where I was going wrong and replaced those pans that I had irrecovably damaged. Now I am back on track & I am loving my Eaziglide even more.

Bought a set of 3 pots and they started to discolour at the bottom. Emailed, sent copies of the receipts and they replaced them very quickly.
Excellent customer service, cannot fault this company at all.

Bought a set of pans and 3 of them began to wear badly after 15 months. Contacted company with photos of pans and info. Replied straight away and explained it was probably off the dishwasher, even though theyre dishwasher safe its dependant on the abrasiveness of the detergent which seemed plausible, and if i could send my reciept they'd replace them. We couldnt find the reciept but sent the bank transaction for them. No problem, and within about 8 weeks a new set of pans arrived. Customer service was excellent, we can't fault them. We wont be putting new pans in dishwasher from now on. If only all companies were like this !

My pan lid's plastic handle split not long after purchase. I emailed about a new one and they sent me a complete lid, no quibble, no bother. Take as one finds and I found them good to their warranty claims. Well done Ramona !

As far as I'm concerned they are thieves.

We bought a pan that was perfect for over 2 years, at which point it has begun to have everything stick to it. My dad is a retired chef so is aware more than most of how to care for a pan. When I contacted them, I was given the same excuse they give to everyone apparently, judging from their reviews, that it was used on too high a heat. I disputed this. I was then told that they couldn't find our guarantee, but that if I paid postage they would send out a replacement as a "gesture of goodwill".

This contact was on 23/08/21, and as it has been a long time by now, I have contacted them 4 times recently asking if the pan has been dispatched, or if they have a rough idea of when that will be. Radio silence.

So as of today, they appear to have stolen the "postage" I have paid, and refuse to respond to my emails. A simple response would make me feel less of a victim of fraud.

Don't purchase from this company of thieves.

Bought a fry pan and wok from Dunelm on the strength of their advertising literature. I had high expectations of their performance but disappointingly they are rubbish. Impossible to heat the pans when empty as stated as the surface burns and non stick lasted months not years. Considered contacting the company but seeing the reviews on this site don't think I'll bother and just take it on chin. Take my advice, avoid buying at all costs and save your money.

I have recently purchased a set of Scoville Neverstick saucepans and frying pans. It's still early days but the ones I've used so far seem to be really good and do everything they claim.
The main reason for my 5 star review is their customer service and in particular Ramona. One of the saucepans was slightly misshapen which stopped the lid from fitting so instead of returning them to the shop, I sent an email and photos to Group Imperial and two days later I have received my new pan and the matter is completely resolved. A lesson in no fuss customer service which other companies could benefit from following. Thank you!!

My 28cm grill pan only lasted 20 months before food started sticking. Imperial told me that mean’t I hadn’t been using it right and had burned the pan. I didn’t agree, but they were kind enough to replace the pan on a goodwill basis. Maybe these pans need to be used in a special way unlike other pans that last much longer with normal use. I am pleased at the way their customer service dealt with the problem.

A problem with a saucepan lid. Response to email almost immediate and the issue resolved in no time at all. The best customer service I've ever experienced. Excellent!

bought 28cm pan thinking it would be great for pancakes. what a load of tosh saying it is non stick, every pancake I tried to make stuck in the pan.

I have had a few problems with my saucepans. Firstly, a year or so ago with one of the saucepan lids which had collected rice when used and I was offered a replacement lid.
Most recently, I noticed that the inner part of the saucepan was slightly peeling. I sent photographs and was given a complete replacement of the saucepans. The customer care of Ramona and the company has been second to none. Ramona is always courteous, efficient and helpful. It is a shame that there have been a few problems with my purchase but the company has always been willing to look into the issues and to rectify them efficiently.

Much more than a satisfactory experience, my dealings with this company were exceptionally quickly resolved with absolutely no problems. I would highly commend and recommend them.

I had cause to email Group Imperial regarding an issue with my Eaziglide saucepans.
Firstly I was very impressed by their prompt response especially during lockdown. They requested further information which I supplied and as with their initial response, they came back to me so promptly offering a replacement set of saucepans.
Their customer service in my opinion has been second to none. Thank you Group Imperial.

I had an issue with one of my pans and it was suggested the cause may have been either too used high heat or resulting from dishwasher use. I sent an email with images of the pan and received a response immediately with an explanation as to why the issue had arisen with the pan. I was offered a replacement as a gesture of goodwill with no postage attached. Fantastic service.

I sent an email on 1st March explaining issues with my pans sticking and flaking, I received a very quick reply from Rebecca who went on to resolve the issue and I have today received my replacement pans.
Couldn't have asked for a better service, excellent.

I had a problem with my pan set so i contacted via email i was contacted by Rebecca who has shown me professionalism from the start of my enquiry to the final result. Rebecca's guidance and informative information resulted in a timely outcome, My email's were answered as quickly as possible and I was kept informed throughout the enquiry. My result was that of a fantastic outcome as the information I supplied I.E photographs and the receipt of purchase quickened the decision for my pans to be replaced. Even though they are dishwasher safe I was advised that they can be washed by hand as they have the never stick coating even burnt on food will be released onced soaked in warm soapy water when cool. I was advised that various abrasions could be used from different manufacturers of dishwasher tablets and this I understand hence why I have took the advice to wash by hand. I am extremely happy with my pans and would not hesitate in recommending them to my friends thank you Group Imperial and of course Rebecca :)
