My took my son for his PlayStation to be repaired on 29/10/21 and was told we would have a price for the repair in 24hrs. We received no price so attended the shop on 31/10/21 and another member of staff told us they were still looking at it and couldn’t yet give us a price. We attended again on 4/11/21 told be told by the original staff member that it would be £45 and would be ready 8/11/21. He arrived to collect the console and was then told they’d changed the price to £55 despite the quoted price which was given.

I wouldn’t recommend this shop for all the above reasons. If you want a timely repair at a quoted price this is not the shop for you

Took my son's iPhone 8 in for (another) replacement screen. The lady at the shop sorted it for a same day collection. Would recommend, fast service and reasonable prices.

Amazing and quick service! Asked for a call out to a further distance. This was kindly accommodated and they even waited for us! Screen fixed within 15 minutes too. Impressed and happy with the service.

Thanks imFixed for fixing my iphone problem. Following email communication about the nature of the fault, I called in at the shop and was immediately attended to. Not only that, the fault turned out to be much simpler than first thought and was corrected at a significantly lower cost! Next time I have an issue, I shall definitely use imFixed

They broke ipad when doing screen repair and deny doing it bang out of order disgusting customer service avoid this place thike the plague

Worst company I have used in my life, there useless cowboys that don’t have a clue what there doing, I took my sons iPad in back end of October, they took 2 month to replace the screen and hole button which they didn’t even fix in the end!!!! It went in as a white iPad with a cracked screen and broken home button, it then got given back to me with a black screen smashed too bits, I took it back and now it has been burnt in four different places by soldering,, this iPad was 2 months old and the only place it has been taken is there, they are now refusing to fix/replace the iPad, and have denied breaking the iPad even though it’s the only repair shop it has been in!! Absolute waste of space, cowboys at best, don’t ever use this company unless you want a bunch of muppets ruining your devices

AVOID THIS COWBOY COMPANY Our 2 month old iPad went in for new screen, 3 months later not fixed and sent back with different screen and broken button AND told they can’t do it.
Another company has looked at it today and have confirmed the mother board has been burnt out by them from bad soldering and is now useless and can’t be fixed.
I’ve Rang up im fixed and they don’t want to know VERY RUDE over the phone and hung up.
