I had my friends child’s iPhone 5 screen repaired. I wasn’t even sure if I phone 5s could still be done. The lady behind the desk was lovely and the service was quick. They updated via email to say the work was in progress and when it was completed.

My Google Pixel 7 Pro usb-c cable kept falling out. I cleaned it and cleaned it but couldn’t get the usb-c cables to stay in the socket, and I want to use it to control a drone . The last thing I needed to happen was the usb-c cable to fall out of the drone controller mid-flight, then I’d lose all control, and likely the drone. So I bit the bullet and booked and paid for a USB-C port replacement with I’mFixed.co.uk in Bolton. I popped in this morning, and the delightful Hannah looked after me. Talk about good customer service. “This doesn’t need the port replacing, you just need to clean it properly,” she said, rolling her eyes up into her head, insinuating I hadn’t done a very good job. And she was right. She then spent the next fifteen or so minutes cleaning the port with a variety of lethal looking pointy things (tweezers). After she had poked, and prodded, and tweezed into every tiny space, and after the desk was covered in bits of dust, debris, hair and pocket fluff, she declared it was good to go. She tested it with a USB-C cable and BINGO! It worked perfectly. And then she refused to take a penny in payment. And then refunded the advance payment that I had paid for the port replacement. Wow. What a winning experience. I’m delighted and recommend if you need any help with a watch, phone, laptop, computer or other technology, you give I’mFixed.co.ik, in Bolton, a call. Absolutely brilliant.

My daughters phone had a cracked screen. The young lady who served me was very polite and knowledgeable. She gave me a price for a new screen ro be fitted and said it would be ready in the afternoon. When I came back the phone was like new and she gave me a discount on a screen protector. I will always use this company now for phone repairs as my experience was fantastic.

Quote of £60 was decent and then I was refunded £30 because the job wasn’t as complicated as suspected. (I wouldn’t have known and was really surprised to get the refund)
