I chose to buy via Debenhams for quality. I passed over high street stores, thinking this was a safe call and I even checked the reviews, which I believe now are fabricated.
The shoes arrived and the quality is abysmal. They are, not good light and the main content of the shoe would be glue.. the upper material is thin and flimsy.
Cheap "Turkey/market" shoes is how I'd describe them. As soon as you see them up close it's a urghhh and you realise the fancy editing of photography. And that's fine if that's what you choose, but I didn't. Plus I didn't pay market price either!
The mule is approximately a 5.5 rather than the 7 (40) which is stamped on the bottom. The whole thing was so disappointing, and now I'm trying to return them and they charge an admin fee ?? That was not made clear from the start.
Disappointing and genuinely gobsmacked at what arrived.. I will avoid in the future.

I bought a aria jewel drop diamond earrings on 01'st of April and the items was not looks same as on the website.Hence I have decided to return. However I was unable to create return label through Royal mail as mentioned on the invoice and the customer care email id on the receipt also was wrong.So I am really disappointed with this purchase 😞

Ordered a blue co ord set what I saw on line bit sceptical at first but I did it and it arrived within a couple of days, great packaging I love the coord will be wearing over Easter. It's gorgeous would highly recommed 👍

I was a bit skeptical to order as I had clicked the link through Instagram and everything was very cheap. So glad I did though! The parcel was delivered days before the expected delivery, all items came on a hanger in a dust sheet which was great. The material is very good and breathable, does not look cheap at all. The outfit is incredibly flattering as well as giving and just made me feel great when I put it on. Really pleasantly surprised with this website and will definitely order again!
