På Idrætshøjskolen Sønderborg slår vi dørene op, for mange grene af fælleskabet. På IHS har vi fokus på personlig udvikling, oplevelser, fordybelse, udfordringer og fællesskab. Prøv kræfter med et væld af idræts- og sportsgrene, i vores hjemlige og inspirerende højskolemiljø. Nyd vores smukke omgivelser og alle vores faciliteter. Vores fantastiske beliggenhed er helt tæt på skov, vand, strand og Sønderborg centrum. Vi har specialefag som adventure, surf, beachvolley, sejlads, tons, yoga, ski/snowboard, og et væld af sport og idræt, som giver oplevelser for livet. Her får du venner for livet. En årgang består af ca. 170 unge mennesker fra hele landet. Nogle elever er også internationale, typisk fra Island, Tyskland og øvrige nabolande. Best experience of my life!
I can recommend a stay at IHS to everyone. I had so many fantastic experiences with adventure, surf and other sports. You meet new people and make new friendships. The teachers and staff are amazing and very ambitious!
