I've met only super professional dentists that know how to communicate with their clients about the details of any procedure. Very satisfied with both the work they've done, and the fair prices.

I had a very unfortunate experience when I tried to go for a quote for Invisalign there - keep in mind they have a collaboration with clear correct and can only get you Invisalign if you pay more. (On their website Invisalign and Clear correct has the same starting price, not sure how that’s possible)

The worst thing, however, was that the dentist was NOT wearing a mask when she was on top of my face checking my teeth!

Mariam said she had to do X-rays and checks before she could give me this quote, so in my world this is not a free consultation where you get an offer.
I have received quotes from many different places in 3 countries and have never been asked for additional checks - which you have to pay for. In all other places they could give me an estimate of how much the aligners for me would cost and how many months would be needed.

In the end, the purpose of my appointment was a preliminary assessment for aligners and not a check up of my teeth-health.

I can also recall that on the phone they had told me they will give a quote - even though when I called, the secretary had no idea what I was talking about (ie the aligners). It is better if they stop offering aligners and focus on dentistry instead :)

I don’t leave many negative reviews but this appointment I went to, was a total waste of time.

Now I understand where all the trustpilot reviews for the aligners are coming from :)

Extremely disappointing experience — treatment left me in significantly more pain and with additional dental work needed

I went to GodtSmil Roskilde because I had a broken tooth. During the examination, they discovered that my wisdom tooth had been pushing against my molars, causing one molar to break and another to require a root canal. I was promptly referred to SPSJ for surgical removal of the wisdom tooth and treatment of the molar requiring the root canal.

Before the referral, GodtSmil opened up the broken molar to determine whether it also needed a root canal. I was told there was no infection, so a filling was placed instead. The dentist explained that she had intentionally left a gap between this molar and the neighbouring molar that required the root canal, as she could not complete that area at that time.

Unfortunately, this is where my problems began.

After the treatment, I developed severe and persistent pain. I was taking painkillers for weeks and ultimately needed three courses of antibiotics, yet the pain did not improve. What is particularly frustrating is that I had not experienced this level of pain even when the tooth was broken.

I eventually asked SPSJ to examine the tooth. Their dentists were very concerned about the filling performed at GodtSmil. I was told that the filling was abnormally large and unusually shaped, and that the way it had been placed was creating significant pressure. They also concluded that the tooth had subsequently become infected and that I now require a second specialist root canal treatment.

So what started as a broken tooth has now resulted in prolonged pain, multiple courses of antibiotics, additional specialist treatment and significant additional expense.

I contacted GodtSmil to explain what had happened and requested a refund and compensation for the additional costs, as I do not believe I should have to pay substantially more to correct a problem that arose following their treatment. Unfortunately, I have not received a response to my complaint.

I am sharing this experience because I think patients should be able to make an informed decision about where they receive dental treatment. I would have expected a much higher level of care, communication and accountability, particularly when the treatment has resulted in additional complications and costs.

I sincerely hope GodtSmil will respond to my complaint and take responsibility for the situation.

Booked online, and received confirmation to appointment. Turn up at the agree time, but my name was not in their systems. Due to missing CPR, I'm told, but no drama, I get a new appointment just couple of hours later. All good.

I higly recommend this dental clinic, and I would especially like to thank Dr Miguel and Dr Valentina for their outstanding care. They are professional, knowledgeable and genuinely caring. They always take the time to explain treatments, answer questions and make sure you feel comfortable throughout the process.
The clinic is well organiced, appointments run on time, and the entire team is friendly and welcoming. Every visit has been a positive experience, and I have always felt confident that I was receiving the best possible care.
