Iherb is great! They have a huge selection, great prices, and free delivery on orders over $25. My orders have always been delivered within 3-4 days.

I am usually very pleased with your products. But this time I bought a Rose and Amber Body Scrub which was really bad. Using it in the shower it was stuck to my skin with water and did not foam. I then tried to remove it with a towel and then had to take another shower to get it off completely. I shall have to throw it away. I tried to complain on your site but it was just too complicated.

Me and my wife are long term users and we were quite happy with the products iHerb offers and the prices.
However, since they made the switch to GLS for delivery, the problems started.

The last order was on the way, then delayed, then I was informed it was delivered when it actually wasn't, then they removed the tracking link from the site and the app, so I cannot track it and it was still not delivered. The last information I was able to get about my parcel (before they removed the tracking link) was that it was stored in the parcel centre, whatever that means.

Since it was a few days since iHerb informed me it was delivered, I went to "live" support, as they advertise it.
But, then as you try to click, they say that the live chat is unavailable... and it is like it for days. You can only chat to an AI bot. No email to send, even though it says chat and 24/7 email support. So, I did. And the bot Joy told me I will be refunded.
Then a day later, my refund request was denied as "my parcel was impacted by carrier delays outside iHerb's control".
Well, my contract is with iHerb, not your carrier.
You refer me to a carrier, while iHerb informed me my parcel is delivered, and then removed the tracking link of your website and the app.
You falsely advertise LIVE support, while you have none.
The only way to communicate is with the bot, which made the refund claim and it was rejected.
Due to lack of support, I will be searching for an alternative, and report the situation and false advertising to the authorities, as this is not the way to run a business and treat your long-term customers.

I love iHerb but the Aramex delivery service is so bad in Bahrain. My package is still held for 3 days at their storage it’s stored in the heat! I can’t believe it last time I received the package extremely hot the supplement pills were melted inside the bottles I’m not sure there is even a benefit from using them anymore. They don’t delivery medicines and supplements and cosmetics in air conditioned vehicles! This time my package has been stored for 3 days, all of Bahrain is back to work today except them! Are they kidding me!??? It’s not right the delivery comes from Saudi faster! In Bahrain 3 days waiting this is not a respectable delivery service they just prioritize customer items I work hard for my money now it’s being throw down the drain becuase of their non-professional attitude towards customers!

There was nothing wrong with products or the delivery of the products

Nice products the only downside is that they started offering express shipping only for my region

Like each and every time: Everything went smooth and well. This time I ordered Chinese Skulcaps (Swanson). Prices fully ok and sometimes the lowest on the market. I can only recommend this company.

Shopping online at IHERB was easy and convenient, very fast delivery and prices were great especially with special discount offers. I will definitely be shopping for essential vitamins, supplements, amino acids etc. I will also be happy to refer friends and family

Products are always of a good quality. Orders are processed quickly. And delivery service is fast.

I Herb offered me a discount code VCWELCOME30 to get 30% off of my full order. When I use the code, it only gave me $30 off and it should’ve been $73.50 which was 30% of my entire order of $245. when I asked I Herb to correct this issue they basically blew me off. They gave me a refund instead of the 30% off of the entire order and they’re a terrible company. They have no phone customer service. This is a terrible company and I will never do business with them again I’d rather pay full price than to ever deal with iHerb! THIS IS CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!! it is now June 29 and days have gone by and still no reply from anyone at I Herb they’re so horrible business!!!

Order #945262670. When I lived in the USA I had many good experiences with iHerb. But, now I live in Ecuador and I've ordered through them twice. The first time I did get my products, although several weeks late and I had to pay and extra $50 that I wasn't planning on paying because iHerb evidently hasn't set up a system to keep up with Ecuador's custom laws.

The last shipment I paid for my shipping and taxes up front and I knew I would owe and extra $20 since in Ecuador, if you stay below 4kg and $400 per shipment, there is no VAT or import fees. But, when my package arrived at Customs in Ecuador, DHL advised me I would owe an extra $70!!! And, then, come to find out iHerb hadn't included the required documentation to be able to import health supplements and eye drops, so the package is being returned anyway. And, of course you can't just call someone on the phone at iHerb, so you have to deal with going back and forth with repeated emails to get the thing resolved. Even though none of this is my fault, iHerb is telling me that they have to receive the items back before I get a refund. Knowing how DHL and Customs operate, that will be a miracle if they make it back to the US. Probably have to do a chargeback through my CC company.

UPDATED: When a company says they ship to Ecuador, I expect they know the import rules for the products they are selling. I won't buy from iHerb again until I can be assured that they follow the import rules for the country in which I reside. That would be silly of me.
