I've ordered from IHerb 8 times and can reccommend them. Their prices are reasonable, shipping is quick and best of all, the products are all very fresh. I made an ordering mistake once and asked to return it. They very quickly refunded, even though there was nothing wrong with the product.

I have been a faithful iHerb customer for many years, both in the US and now in Spain. I have spent thousands of dollars over this time. I can’t say I haven’t had any problems in the past but they were mostly with deliveries and these issues were more or less resolved internally. Until now.
I placed an order that was supposed to arrive before the end of June. On July 1, the order had not arrived and I went online to check the status. The order was marked delivered on June 18. I placed the order on June 16! That is too fast because most items ship from the US. There is no phone number or email to contact them. There isn’t even a button online that says, hey, I didn’t get my order. After many attempts to figure out how to get to someone, anyone who could help and having chat not work(!), I was finally able to get through. I was told I would be credited. I reordered the item I need now even though it will take two weeks to arrive. I did not reorder the other items because, well, just because I was a bit annoyed.
The next day, I received an email saying that the claim was rechazado…rejected. Perhaps they meant to word this a different way to their loyal long-term customer who spends a thousand dollars on their website most every year.
Today there is no GLS (nightmare company) tracking information saying where this package was supposedly delivered to just two short days after it was shipped from the US to Spain. So ‘rejected’ is not a word that sits well without a whole lot more explanation!
IHerb has some explaining to do.

I would appreciate if you stop using GLS france as your delivery company because it's very frustrating when they mention in tracking comments "unable to deliver" , " no response from the customer" , "package to be collected from a gls relay point" when NOT A SINGLE attempt was made to contact the customer. Truly it's extremely frustrating and time wasting.

iHerb has a huge selection of any kind of product you may need. Think dish detergent to facial moisturizer to snacks. Ordering is simple and in my experience orders have arrived fairly quickly. I recommend iHerb!

Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. The carrier falsely claimed a delivery attempt had been made. We were home all day, and no one ever came to the door. Instead of dealing with their shipping company, iHerb expected me to contact the carrier and sort it out myself. Resolving shipping issues is the seller's responsibility, not the customer's.
Their customer service is little more than useless AI that sends you in circles while making it nearly impossible to reach a real person. When something goes wrong, don't expect them to take responsibility.
I also requested that my account be permanently closed because I will never order from iHerb again. They refused, claiming it was for "security" reasons, and told me to log in and delete it myself. I told them I will never log into their website again, so their solution was to leave my account dormant forever. Apparently, even honoring a simple request to close an account is beyond this company's capabilities.
iHerb passes its responsibilities onto its customers, hides behind AI instead of providing real customer service, and makes even the simplest issues unnecessarily difficult. I will never spend another dollar with this company and would never recommend them.

My order was due to arrive by 26 June. It is now 1 July, the parcel has not arrived, and there is no clear tracking update showing where it is.
I requested a refund because I urgently need these supplements and need to buy them elsewhere, but iHerb is keeping the request “under review” while sending vague messages about possible delays.
Very poor customer service and no proper responsibility once the order is delayed. I would not recommend ordering from iHerb.

Been a month since I ordered no sign only delivery time extended everytime I look, I contacted them and they said its still in the wearhouse, I told them keep it I want a refund, not possible as already packed, even though its been sat there a month.... won't be using again, rubbish delivery to Ireland, DO NOT RECOMMEND

After almost 10 years using iHerb I finally had an issue with an order. There were 2 items missing. When I contacted them about it they replied that the items were there when the package was weighed so wouldn't send the replacements. After trying to communicate with them, disputing the charge with my credit card company, and contacting the BBB they still insist that I must be lying even though I've never disputed a charge or complained in the 10 years of doing business with them.So once something goes wrong this is a terrible company to do business with. I don't know if they are having more trouble lately and this is likely to happen to others or just a one off but I've canceled all my autoship items and won't be dealing with them in the future. AllStarHealth and Amazon (or direct from a manufacturer) from now on.
