The back end support is excellent and they are super at communicating.

Every person we’ve spoken with at the company, most notably Jordyn, has a wonderful way of communicating and helping their prospects open up and build trust.

Jordyn has the ability to speak to a cold stranger who is upset they’ve been called and disarm them by actually caring, showing kindness in her tone of voice and asking the right questions at the right time to help the prospect know they’re with a pro who will help them get to where they desire.

It is uncanny ability and skill set really, that is so valuable to help people make their own decisions and conclusions.

They claim to give you 8 leads in 6 months or double your money back. I got maybe 2 leads during my 6 month window with them. When speaking with Calum, he made it seem like this happens every once in a while and that they would refund my investment. An email was sent to Jenna Cuttress from Calum stating that I had concerns about my account and to ensure I'm submitted for a refund. Jenna then states I am not eligible because THEY failed to establish enough connnections FROM LISTS THAT THEY GENERATED. They say they are the "experts" who know how to generate leads and connect with them, yet when they fail, they say it is not their fault. They use a 15% connection rate metric that is based on the data that they pull. You have no control of who they call, when they call, or what they say. I asked them to refund me my initial investment of $7500 but they refused to even do that, quoting Jenna, "Our company operates with integrity and a commitment to providing the best possible service. We understand your frustration regarding the outcome of your project, and we truly regret that we were unable to achieve the results you were hoping for." I don't want double my money, just the money I originally invested but yet they continue to deny their guarantee. Stay away from this company. I told them I would raise the issue in Toronto Small Claims Court if I had to. Jenna replied with "That being said, you are entitled to of course seek advice or counsel, and I have made our legal team aware of your communicated intent." Does this sound like a company who operates with integrity?

Scam - They do not deliver

Ariana was very informative and patient with us. The callers have been connecting with potential clients appointments are scheduled. Love that we get to hear the recorded phone call the caller had with the potential client.

I've had a great experience with Ignite Connections. My account manager was Calum and my caller was Emilie who provided me with leads for my insurance business. I'd recommend them to anyone from coast to coast and I'll continue to use them moving forward.

Stay away from this company, they scammed me out of $12,400. They GUARANTEED 20+ set appointments for me to meet with in 12 months, and delivered 1. They blamed me for bad data quality however they provided the data they called. I gave them several chances to pay me back nicely. When I signed up, I even met their Canadian owner Andrew in person, in Dallas, TX, and he seemed knowledgable and had a good pitch. They highly overpromised and underdelivered. This is my best year in sales without them so I'm not complaining about "bad" leads, rather, they didn't provide them at all. Stay away, save your money and put it elsewhere.

I have received some great leads from them that I am working. They have done what they said they’d do. Arianna has been great to work with. Very responsive and easy to communicate with.

So far this company has delivered some great leads to be nurtured. I’ve been working with them for 6 months and have just resigned for another 6 months. Ariana has been very responsive and follows up with suggestions and changes immediately. The communication with this company has been outstanding. Highly recommend.

I’ve been working with Ignite Connections for over 6 months now. I’ve found their service to be exactly what I was looking for. We are a smaller brokerage with a high level of service. I love talking with new clients, but it can be difficult to find sellers who are ready to list. I’ve already closed one listing, I just signed another, and this past weekend I signed an offer with the seller on my listing where I represent the purchaser also. These are all listings in the 250-500K range, and are all listings that I would not have gotten without Ignite-Connections. In addition, we have 6 or 8 solid long-term nurture clients I am building strong relationships with. This is a great long term marketing program, that will add several new listings to our bottom line this year. Yes, there’s significant cost, and yes, we have to do our part in reaching out and nurturing these leads, but the results have been very positive so far, and they are getting even better as time goes by. I love that I’m only getting actual qualified leads, not fluff, and I don’t mind seeing the days or weeks with 0 results. We’re in this for the long term, and it’s great to find a partner marketing company that has that same outlook. Yes, I recommend them.

Excellent company - would highly recommend!!

I never truly believed in cold calling companies that guarantee leads until I took the leap of faith and decided to give Ignite a try and see what happens. First off, pricing was very reasonable and they are truly transparent when it comes delivering leads. The transparency is the most important thing to me as an agent and as someone who is paying for the service. I know exactly who is making the calls for me on a daily basis, I get a copy of the recorded call for all appointments so I know EXACTLY what has been said to land the booked appointment prior to even touching base with the lead so i know where to pick up from when making the connection. Im also able to see how many calls are being made per day for me through the dashboard. Its such a relief to have a company that actually cares on delivering quality leads. They are the real deal. I highly recommend them if you are looking to level-up in your real estate career. It was the best decision I made hence why i have renewed with them for the 3rd time.

Ariana has been amazing. She began as my caller and has become my account manager. The new dashboard is useful as well. I think this is the best ISA skip-tracing company for the Real Estate industry. It's not a quick play game though. They cull the database and find home sellers that are willing to raise their hand and say, "yeah, I'll meet with him/her about selling my home in the future". It takes strong follow up, but there is gold in this company and the opportunities they manifest for their clients. I'm a repeat client of Ignite Connections.

I started out with Ignite Connections and from the jump was super excited about having this new "team member" to help add leverage to my already thriving business. Listings is the name of the game and now 9 months in, thanks to my caller Emily, I have listings coming out, closings taking place and a great pipeline of leads that continue to come in (about 30 leads to date). If I can close ever half of these leads, the charges to Ignite will well pay for themselves. I recently met the team and they are nothing short of awesome people. They do their job and it's up to you to do yours. Don't get the leads and then let them rot. Take advantage of that first call appointment, get yourself in from of these sellers, add them to your pipeline and work this system... it works! Thanks Ignite for being a part of my position and helping me to grow to my goals!
