I almost did not sign up. I sat on it for two weeks after my call with David because the cost felt like a real risk. What finally pushed me over was realizing I had been spending more than that on services sending me cold internet leads shared with five other agents. With Diverse its just me. Rose actually called a few weeks in just to check how a transfer went and that kind of follow through is not something I have ever gotten from a lead company. I am a believer now.
I will be honest I pushed back pretty tough the price. I have spent money on leads before and got absolutely nothing to show for it. But something about the way David walked me through everything just felt different. He was not overselling it, he just explained it. The personalized video, the warm transfer team answering as my assistant, the fact that my area is locked just for me. Three months in I closed my first one and have two more in the works. I really wish I had not waited so long.
If listings are hard to come by in your market this is worth a serious look. Its not instant gratification but its legit. Every seller I have connected with has been genuinely motivated. I have two in escrow right now and the market has not even really picked up yet. The warm transfer process is seamless, by the time I am on the phone the seller already has some context on who I am. Super excited to see what the rest of the year brings.
I had a rocky start getting my personalized seller video done but the team was really encouraging and made it way easier than I thought it would be. That video sets the tone for every warm transfer after it. Sellers already kind of feel like they know me before we even speak. This is honestly one of the few services that actually feels like they care about your results and not just getting paid.
I waited to long and lost my coverage area. If your serious about this do not assume your market will just sit there open because it wont. I am only leaving five stars because when I finally did call they were completely transparent, held my spot as long as they could, and gave me real options. Every piece of research I did told me Diverse was legit. My hesitation was just my own baggage from getting burned before. Do not let that be you.
Rose, Aubrey and Morgan on the warm transfer team are genuinely excellent. Rose specifically saved one for me. I missed the transfer because I was tied up and she just smoothly told the seller I was in a meeting and would call right back. I called back and that turned into one of my best listings in months. I have only been with Diverse maybe two months and its already proving itself. The way they handle callers when you cannot pick up, honestly that alone is worth the price.
Their process is just really tight. The communication and referral handoff is clean, nothing feels random or thrown together. Rose, Aubrey and Morgan on the warm transfer team make sure every single call is handled professionally and honestly it shows. I only get about one call a week but they are all real people, serious about selling, good price points. I have tried a lot of lead companies and none of them have even been close to this quality. It has been one of the best additions to my business, period.
Initially, my experience was positive, but the company has since implemented predatory practices. After multiple successful closings, they demanded an additional large down payment (in addition to the $12,000 I gave them upfront AND 33% AT Closing w/ hiking their fees unexpectedly from 30%.) The leads also shifted from local high-intent prospects to $30,000 land leads located 2+ hours away.
Multiple attempts to connect with Tim, yet they continue to use my video testimonial to recruit new agents. When I questioned the new payment demands, I was threatened with a total lead shut-off. Professionalism and transparency are clearly no longer a priority for this firm. They Mention 1,103 leads, however majority of them were land under 30k which we would not work. Team became unresponsive once I would not give them more money. Proceed with caution
