Driver is very rude towards the customers. I was waiting in the que to board the bus. One passenger of African origin was checking in and the driver asked the passport. The passenger already had his bag on his seat. Possibly driver let him put the bag inside first. So when he check in driver asked him the passport so he told its already in the bus and tried to get into the bus to take it. Soon enough driver started to abuse him. We all got shocked and one guy even said he isn’t going to board the bus. It wouldn’t personally choose a bus who abuse the customers with really bad words. First and last time using the OUI bus. Disgusted
Good service
I have to say , for the price, the service was very good. I travelled from London Victoria to Rotterdam. The coach station is poor admittedly, but the bus left more or less on time, the driver was friendly and the bus was fine. The outgoing connection with the ferry was swift, the ferry was a modern one and well appointed. Arrived in Rotterdam possibly even bit early. For the return trip, the bus arrived exactly on time, the Ouibus website allocated me a seat one hour before departure (though I didn't actually used it, but it was reassuring to know that I was expected on the bus!). There was a wait of a few hours at Calais terminal to embark on the ferry, I'm not sure why but it was not a big problem. The coach was clean and comfortable and still made it to London on time. The return ferry was a much older vessel but still adequate, with a good cafe serving breakfasts. I really don't know why they have so many bad reviews. My experience was fine and I thought it very good value for the price.

Used Ouibus to travel from Paris to Brussels. WiFi did not work but the bus was clean and the driver was friendly. Very good trip for the ticket price.
Ouibus: a bad experience
We were travelling with ouibus and even though the aircondition was turnt on, in the backseats it was too hot, it made us feeling dizzy. In addition to that, the air inside the bus was not refreshed and it smelled bad. The arrival time was different than the estimated, resulting in arriving later.
Coach from Lille to London Victoria…
Coach from Lille to London Victoria coach arrived 1.30 hour late when it arrived it was a school bus . No one explained why it was late. No air con on bus or WiFi . Bus arrived 2 hours late I miss my connting bus to Dublin .struck in London had to get bus to Scotland and then ferry to Belfast and two buses to home trip took me extra 12 hours a joke
Den Haag Brussels on Saturday morning
Den Haag Brussels on Saturday morning. It was a clean, modern bus with a clean loo, good WiFi and electricity/usb outlets. Professional, safe driver. We were half an hour late, but the Benelux express was slso, as EVER, in trouble. So bus is maybe ten minutes less fast but it has WiFi, and it costs 12 euros not 36.50. NMBS and NS you are beaten by a busz just because you are afraid Benelux express competes with Thalys.

This company shouldn't exist. Our bus never arrived, we were told it was late but on its way, to later be told that it forgot to go to our stop. Youd be better off walking to your destination, youd be more likely to get there.

Coach and Bus Driver from Hell!!
I had the worst coach Journey ever!!
There was a 40 minutes delay in the coach leaving from London, and the aircondition was not turned on enough and was turned on for only 5 minutes or less every 20 minuses or so and at most times was switched off this was a very long trip from London to Amsterdam I was sick 4 times and had a migraine and a passenger who was sitting behind me refused to let me recline my seat because he wanted to put his bags in front behind the seat when he should have not.been allowed to do this by the driver!
when I complained to driver about this he told me that it's not his problem so when I started telling this very disrespectful passenger to not continue to block my seat from reclining with his bags and that I have just as much right to recline my seat as he has I was then told by driver in front of everyone that he would chuck me off the bus if I didn't stop this and threatened me to not mess with him, so I then decided that it wasn't worth to continue this argument with this passenger as this driver didn't care at all and should be in my opinion sacked for not just this but everything he has done on this trip to me and other passengers that he was very rude and disrespectful to.
I paid a lot of money for coach and hotels so didn't want to risk being forced off this coach and having to pay again for another coach.
I eventually got to my destination more then
1 hour and 45 minutes later then scheduled.
I would avoid at All costs to Travel with OUIBUS ever again!
Good Experience
Our return journey from London to Amsterdam was a pleasure. Both drivers were friendly and the buses were clean and comfortable. On the way out we arrived an hour early and on the way back our driver kindly waited for absent passengers beyond our departure time as trains between Amsterdam Centraal and Sloterdijk were disrupted.
Horrible company
We bought tickets from Arles to Nimes. We were in the bus stop one hour and a half and the bus didn't arrive.
We wrote Ouibus to give our money back and they didn't answer. WE LOST OUR MONEY AND ALL THE MORNING

If i can give less than 1 star i would definitely give them . It’s the worst bus service ever, the bus was late and we were going to miss our next bus we remained for 3 hours on our nerves wheather we will catch our next bus or not. The bus driver was very aggressive and not helpfull at all. Also the bus that we took to marsille arrived late , so it wasn’t just a coincidence this bus company doesn’t respect time . I saw in other bus not ours the driver was shouting at the passengers. So if you don’t care about time or being treated badly this is your bus .
Random 30 minute break?
As I've read, seemingly I'm not alone who've had problems with Ouibus.
First off, the bus driver couldn't speak a single word other than French whilst at least half of the passengers were foreign, and thus had no clue what was going on or what stop would be next. Secondly, and most importantly, we stopped next to the freeway for 30 minutes and when the arrival time was almost due, i asked the driver if the destination (Paris) was close and if we were going to make it. He basically showed me his watch and just sort of pointed and hinted to the fact that we were going to be 45minutes late.
Eventually, this turned out to be more than one hour(!) late. Which made me late for my next connection, costing me 70 euros in tickets, also forcing me to wait in a open bus station for 4 hours at night.
I understand that buses have delays due to traffic jams or construction, though none of that was the case during my travel.
I am also concerned with the lack of understanding I received from the bus driver. I don't know if he was working alone or merely misunderstood my request, but I felt he acted very unprofessionally.
Other than that, i had a good experience in the bus, it was clean and everything worked.

Used to take ouibus often but since they began subcontracting their services have been massively degraded. They've become too expensive for the very shabby service they provide (40 to 1h30 min late on average over my last ten trips). Once a driver didn't show up and the replacement took 2 h to show up. Also there is no customer service which is probably very cost effective for them because their phones would be ringing off the hook. Save yourself the headache take the train!!! And if you really must DO NOT take Alsa (one of their subcontractors) their drivers are rude, the bus is disgusting and they're even later then ouibus!!!

If only I could give 0 star I would! First of all, I got to Victoria Coach Station 1 hour before departure time at 7:30am to Paris (Bercy), France. The bus (OUIBUS 6108) got delayed for 1 hour and 30 minutes so we didn’t leave until 9:00am! Okay, I’m a tourist and my time here in europe is precious! Then we got to Eurotunnel Le shuttle, the driver said we have 30 minutes to explore, rest, eat, and use restroom. 1 hr and 15 has passed and we still haven’t left the dang place. We were supposed to arrive in Paris at 4:30pm, but the screen now says arrival time is 6:33pm or MORE!!! He’s abusing his break time! This was probably the same reason why the bus got delayed. My time in Paris is limited, I’m only going to be there for 21 hours. This dang bus driver is taking all of my time! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I expected their service to be better! I WOULD NEVER TAKE OUIBUS EVER AGAIN.

Booked last minute tickets from London to Paris due to cancelled flight.
Pros:
1. The driver was very friendly and cooperative.
2. The bus is comfortable for long journey.
3. The seat number was given before departure.
Cons:
1. The driver can only speak in French, not English.
2. Don't expect too much to be arrived on time. Usually caused by traffic.

The coach do not have seat numbers and people sit randomly. Never ever travel in this bus with family or group. Single guy occupies double seat and you have to sit on separate seat even when the OUI bus gave you adjacent seats on paper but it can't be enforced in absence of seat numbers. How can this basic thing be ignored after charging customers.
Driver was also rude and didnt help.
Trip cancelled by Ouibus
My Lyon-Venice bus was cancelled, as the entire route, just 3 days before departure, without previous notice.
Other than paying more for a ticket from another company, I submitted a claim to receive a refund (as Ouibus suggested in their email), and didn't receive any response yet.
Disorganized and dishonest is the best description for Ouibus.
Update: got the refund about 2 weeks after submitting the claim.
Tickets bought from the driver
Bought a ticket from Grenoble to Lyon airport on the bus. The price of a ticket on the bus itself is more than 2x as expensive, as the same ticket bought online. (25eur in stead of 11.90eur). This is nowhere indicated on the OUIBUS website.
So, make sure to buy your tickets online.
Note: The driver was not really friendly, nor supportive.
@Customer Service: There is definitely a lot of room for improvement.....
