Avoid Blablabus like the plague

Avoid Blablabus like the plague! It is unreliable. Customer service is utterly inexistent. I was notified TWO HOURS after the scheduled bus ride that it was late. What is even more grotesque is that the email I received from Blablabus, two hours after the fact, stated to wait by the curb to be ready for the bus!

I have written a grievance letter to Blablabus and have received no reply.

Good low-budget travels

Travelled with them 5 times and in general I'm very happy with the service. Drivers were friendly and drove well. One time they didn't make it on time and accordingly they sent a notification a couple of hours beforehand, so I knew what to expect. When they were even further delayed I didn't get updated anymore, so that is something they can improve, but they gave me a voucher for a next trip. Can certainly recommend travelling with them if you prefer low-budget travels and are not in a rush.

Refused to refund me after my bus failed to arrive

I booked a bus ticket with Ouibus scheduled to depart from Lyon, Gare Perrache and arrive in Paris (Bercy Seine). The journey was to take place on the 3rd of November 2019, departing from Lyon at 07:25. I arrived at the platform indicated by my ticket well ahead of my departure time, but my bus failed to arrive. Furthermore, the bus number (Bla Bla Bus | 5936) was completely untraceable on the bus tracking feature on the Ouibus website. I ended up having to buy a second bus ticket from Flixbus at the value of €78,99 to replace my original ticket, which I had purchased for €23,90, as I had to reach my destination. I lodged a complaint with Ouibus via their website, but they have sent me nothing but automated responses saying they can only refund cancelled tickets with a voucher. Firstly, I live in South Africa, where I am unable to access Ouibus services, rendering the voucher useless. Secondly, even if I could use the voucher, I have had such a poor experience with this company that I would never, ever use their services again. Thirdly, and most importantly, I did not cancel my booking. Ouibus failed to provide a service for which I had already paid them for. As far as I am concerned, this is theft. Ouibus should refund me not only for my original ticket, but also for the additional €78,99 I was forced to spend because of their poor service.

DO NOT USE THESE BUSES!

DO NOT USE THESE BUSES! I have tried 4 times and 4 times I was sorry! each time I put it down to bad luck but no more. Over-tiered and rude drivers, un-marked buses without destinations or route numbers displayed, late arrivals, impossible to contact customer service - is hard to know where to start. On my last trip my wife and I missed the bus - it was all white no markings at all, no route number displayed, s a sign on the front said London! We were going to Brussels. But its was the bus we should have taken. Oui customer service could not help us, and also refused a refund.All up, this is a shonky company without concerns for you.

Great

I was afraid about this bus but for me it went really well, the bus left London at the time the ticket said and we got to Paris 20 minutes earlier. The bus driver was a kind person and generally the bus was clean. I couldn’t ask more for £12 London to Paris!

They have the worst customer service

They have the worst customer service. Especially when you phone them up. You will dial a UK number but someone in France will pick up and speak in french. She did not wanted to help me at all. Given me useless instructions. She wouldn't stay on the phone until i was trying to re-book the ticket however requested to call them back. Even though i tried to explain to her that the number is not a free line. She has the audacity to say that she can't wait on the phone as she is a busy person. Her attitude was disgraceful. Please do not waste your ticket by requesting a voucher. You will waste your time by trying to work it out. Learned now that you can't book on your phone or on the app with the voucher only on a desktop preferably on google chrome.

Bad experience

Bad experience, where is my friend backpack? poor guy he is just a student that is on holiday and his belonging is gone because of no security provided by this bus. I don't blame the bus but at least can you give a tag so not everyone can take a belonging that is not owned by them?

OUIBUS/BLABLABUS

OUIBUS/BLABLABUS - DANGEROUS SERVICES (literally). If i could, i gave them zero points. First time i travelled with them, the bus arrived an hour late, the bus driver said we're stupid and wait not in the right direction (although ALL the passengers were waiting there), but I thought that it happens and let go. The same evening i went from Amsterdam to Brussles, the bus came 2 hours and 40 minutes late, all people were standing in the rain for all that time with no info. After the bus came, it seemed that its not equipted at all - there were no lights in the salon nor even the toilet (4 hours journey, are you kidding?). After we were starting to ask for the toilet, the driver told us to SHUT UP YOUR MOUTH AND SIT, otherwise he'll leave us on road. Ouibus company is not valid at all. They don't know their drivers nor answer the calls/mails/fb messages. I travel a lot, but i face such situation and attitude for the 1st time. Be careful. There are other options to travel around. Nowadays, with such a strong competitional background, such companies shouldn't exist at all.

worst customer service !!

It's been over 3 months ,I am waiting for the refund. I booked the bus for me and my boyfriend from Amsterdam to London, Basically the bus was delayed by 3 hours and I got an email, Which mentioned, we could spend £10 a head for snacks, while we were waiting for the bus. Its second time ,I am attaching the recipes and still didn't get refunded .very unsatisfactory service.

I went to take a oui bus Saturday night…

I went to take a oui bus Saturday night to go home, from capbreton to marmande.
I arrived ten minutes early at the stop, and the bus just didnt pass there. After waiting for 45 minutes I decided to call oui bus to see what had happened. They told me I had been checked onto the bus by the driver and that it had passed capbreton.
Its ridiculous as at the time I was stuck in capbreton with no way of getting home.
They told me if I called them monday I would be reimbursed, so I called them today, they then say I must fill in an online form.
I will never give my money to this ridiculous lieing thieving company again, they should be shut down and anyone that plans on taking using this company, DONT.

Absolute disgrace.My son from the UK…

Absolute disgrace.My son from the UK has just started at uni in Lyon.Took a trip to Bordeaux for a long weekend.On arrival after a long journey.Accidentally forgot his bag from the luggage hold.
Within 10 minutes he realised this and rushed back to bus station in Lyon,thinking they could help ,bearing in mind he had posessions he needed.WRONG NO ONE COULD CARE LESS.
Just told to fill a form out and wait 3 DAYS FOR AN ANSWER .
GOT A REPLY AFTER 7 DAYS ASKING FOR MORE INFORMATION.
You cannot talk to anyone about it no numbers for lost luggage.
TOTAL DISGRACE.PLEASE DONT USE THEM..

NONbus

DO NOT BOOK WITH OUIBUS ! Was meant to catch a bus at 23:45 last night to Paris and passangers got a text message 10 minutes before departure that the bus had been cancelled. Customers could not call their customer service and many of us were left stranded in London Victoria Bus station the whole night. This is unacceptable for any company. They did not even try to find a replacement bus driver which is the solution many of us wanted. Please do yourself a favour and DO NOT BOOK WITH OUIBUS (espically through national express website).
