Extremely disappointing experience.
The person I was scheduled to meet didn’t show up on time, and I had to call myself to find out what was going on. From the very beginning, they kept rushing me, not giving me a moment to think or process anything that was being said. Every clarifying question I asked was met with eye‑rolling, which felt incredibly unprofessional.
Their appearance was also completely inappropriate for someone dealing with clients — a stretched, dirty T‑shirt that made the whole interaction look more like a street scam than a legitimate service. When I asked them to lower their tone, they refused to adjust their attitude. At that point, I suggested ending this whole performance.
I’m glad I didn’t continue, because I honestly doubt I would have received anything of value from them.
I do not recommend this service to anyone.

I strongly advise avoiding this service. I used and paid for their ID verification service, but they never showed up for the scheduled video meeting. After that, they stopped responding to phone calls and emails.
This feels like a scam — completely unprofessional and unreliable. I will now attempt to recover my money through my bank. Save yourself the trouble and do not use this service.
