It’s a shame

It’s a shame. The product itself is great but getting it was a massive pain. I ordered a buggy and was sent a highchair. When I contacted, expecting lots of apologies and for it to be clear what I’d been sent, by mistake, from the records, I was asked to provide proof and told there was no record of what had actually been sent to me. I refused delivery because I didn’t want to be left with a big item that needed sending back. I had an unnecessary and overly complicated conversation with customer care (on WhatsApp when I’d have rather been able to call) asking me for photos of an item I didn’t have. When I suggested I get a free carrier bag as an apology for the mess up, I was told I couldn’t have one but was offered an upgrade to include extra items I didn’t want. When I said this I was reluctantly told I could have the bag. The new invoice sent to me did not include the bag and when I had to arrange to work from home to be in to receive the correct item 2 days later (I had been off work for the original delivery), I didn’t get a bag. There has been no contact to say it is on its way. I would have bought other items but the experience has put me off completely.

Update regarding your response. No there was no carry bag in the box. There was a rain cover (which it was meant to come with) and a parasol.

We’d just like to clarify that we did offer an upgraded package as a goodwill gesture, however you preferred a bag instead, which we were more than happy to arrange. The bag was ordered and should have been included with your delivery.

I absolutely love the stomp stride stroller! However I find that the foot warmer looks like it doesn’t fit (too big)

It was delivered on the day

It was delivered on the day however I was told delivery was between 8am to 1 pm but on the courier’s site it said before 6pm . It came around 2 pm which was ok.

Had a missing item with a pram I…

Had a missing item with a pram I ordered got in touch with them and within the same day the missing item was sorted and due to be delivered. Shame it was missing in the first place but the sorted it all smoothly for me

Broken pushchair

I order the comet ickle bubba. Unfortunately due to no fault of ickle bubba when it came, it was broken. I emailed the team and the response was quick and very very helpful. All sorted within two days. There customers service, has been amazing.

Some manufacturing issues with the my Stomp travel…

Overall happy with the my Stomp travel system but have noticed some manufacturing issues. Like inconsistencies and things not quite fitting right (see images) this is a shame. I am wondering whether it is a problem with the cover attachment being wrong instead of the pram itself but it noticeably fits on one side perfectly and is really hard to fo the popper on the other side.

The handle snapped on my Aries…

The handle snapped on my Aries stroller. One email sent and the problem is being sorted. Highly recommend product buggy so handy lightweight etc.

Wish we had purchased sooner

Delivered in 2 days, which was great! The high chair is really simple, it seems comfy, its easy to clean and folds down really well. My daughter is happy to sit in it unlike others and it keeps her well restrained as she was trying to climb out of a previous highchair we had. Super happy with it!
