Good service but mixed view on quality
I cannot fault their customer service. Received single tile instead of 1 box - great on telephone/response & sent missing tiles by express delivery. Quality however not quite as good as expected/hoped, picture as described but edges not 'square/flat' - almost looked like 2 very thin tiles put together & not completely covered by gloss finish. Fine if grouted together on wall but not if edges left visible as we wanted.

Dear Cheryl,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a 4-star review and for your kind words regarding our customer service. We are so pleased that our team was able to quickly resolve the initial picking error and express deliver your complete box of tiles to keep your project moving forward.
We also deeply appreciate your honest feedback regarding the finish of the tile edges. While many of our architectural tile collections feature fully rectified and glazed edges, certain manufacturing styles naturally have unglazed or layered edges that are specifically designed to be concealed by grout. When a design calls for an exposed edge, we typically recommend incorporating a matching finishing profile or tile trim to achieve a seamless, high-end look.
Your final aesthetic is incredibly important to us at Hyperion Tiles. If you would like expert advice on finding the perfect trim to finish off your design, or if you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team at the Ascot showroom. We are always here to help you achieve a flawless result.
Warm regards,

Beautiful tile selection at fair price
Beautiful tile selection at fair price, delivered relatively quickly and packed carefully... Delivery charge is a bit more than I'd like to pay (hence the 4 stars, rather than 5) but not too bad.
