Errors made by me on my order
I had the 5 items to order for my dogs and the relevant prescriptions. At the time of placing the order I was very unwell and forgot to send the prescriptions then I sent the wrong ones. They were very kind and rang me to sort it all out. It was my error not theirs, yet they went out of their way to sort it out
