I am very happy with my wheels
I am very happy with my wheels. And the quick responce to a problem after 6 years. My free hub It got destroyed, and Hunt sent a replacement free of charge within a week. They were under no obligation to do so, given that the wheels had been out of warranty for many years. Thank you HUNT!!

HUNT Bike Wheels Customer service was excellent
I placed an order online on Aug 17,2026 and the process went perfectly. I had a couple of questions that were promptly answered by the HUNT customer service team. Also their online FAQs are very well written. I had high confidence that my HUNT 50 Carbon Wide Aero Wheelset would arrive as described and in good order - they did arrive quickly (3 days sooner than I had expected!)

Hi James, thank you for reviewing your recent H_Care service interaction with us for some damaged spokes on your HUNT 650 Adventure Carbon Disc wheelset having (or what certainly appears to have happened) had the chain over throw the low sprocket damaging the spokes.
Our apologies that the response times took a little longer than we aim to provide, peak season sales and service enquires delayed us a little.
we will of course aim to improve and speed up the service that we provide during peak times.
Incidentally, as a note, I cannot see a workshop receipt submitted so please do share with us so that we can reimburse you.

Initial AI help response frustrating, but excellent support in the end
After putting a screw through my wheel, Hunt worked to get a replacement rim to me at a discounted price ASAP. I initially got an AI automated response, but the next day a person helped sort out the issue. Less than week later , and I was back on the road.

Hi Jonathan, thank you for your review, however this does seem very premature, I can see that you submitted a support ticket yesterday (13hrs ago) and received an automated response which you replied to, your ticket is open and will be responded to via an agent now that we are back in the office this morning.
The good news is that yes we can help you with a crash replacement discounted rim or wheel as a replacement for your damaged wheel after having ridden over a screw in the road.
Keep an eye on your emails and you will get a reply in the next hr or so.

Strong light Gravel wheeler with superb customer service
My Gravel Race wheelset has performed superbly over 2.5 hard years of riding. Until recently I never even heard a ping from them and they remained true. I then heard a metallic sound from the rear wheel which had gone slightly out of true. I tracked it down to a split nipple and what looked like the start of a split in the rear rim. I contacted Hunt who quickly dispatched a new rim, nipples snd spokes for my local wheel to build up at Hunts expense. So now I am back on the bike again with a rebuilt wheel. No fuss, no trying to avoid a warranty claim - just quick decision and parts dispatch. Service this good is very rare, so thank you Hunt for getting me out on the trails so quickly.

Hi Mike, thank you for your review and sorry to hear that you found purchasing a single front wheel to be difficult, although we primarily supply wheelsets as a set, on occasion we will have spare single wheel stock that we would be happy to supply riders.
Normally, if a rider is a HUNT wheel owner, we will do what we can to secure and supply a wheel even if it means splitting a set.
