Huepar Official Laser Level 

Huepar are exceptional! I know their products and they are great quality! I made an impulsive order and had to cancel it, unfortunately, and they were so helpful with the whole thing! I am definitely coming back to them for another order a bit down the road!

I purchased a Huepar laser level model GF360G nearly 3 years ago, it came with a two year warranty. Unfortunately recently the front laser stopped working, I contacted Huepar directly to see if they could repair it at my cost as it was out of warranty, after a couple of emails between us they offered to replace the laser free of charge. Very impressive customer service.

Ordered from Huepar.com (us) since they had a weekend flash deal with 50% discount where Huepar.Eu only had 15%. I live in NL and was not in a rush, but the laser was delivered from a Germany based hub to the Netherlands within a week!
Just tested it, seems solid and has a bright green light. Hope the battery will last! GF360G.

The company has been very responsive to my questions concerning technical and warranty issues. They provided very helpful information on ways to make repairs. When that was not possible for me, they provide me with a discount to make another purchase since my laser was out of warranty. Joan Wu was excellent to work with.

I did not pay attention to the battery connectors, there are three of them. Had the impression the wrong charging cable is in the case. Joan Wu was very patient and kind in helping me see.

Carina was very helpful through out the process. It was unfortunate that the laser level I purchased just a couple years ago went out of calibration, but there's no complaints for the customer service experiences, including the resolution options. I would totally be back for my next laser level product to Huepar again.

Cant't recommend these lazers enough, i have 3 of them and 1 of them was giving a bit af bother, i contacted customer service they replied very quickly was told to send a video which i did and within a few hours they replied and said that they would replace it. a few days later a new lazer arrived.
