Had one of their laser levels stop working
Had one of their laser levels stop working randomly after literally it's third usage after 8 months of ownership. They claim 2 years warranty and resolution within 48 hours for defects and it's now been 5 business days without a resolution and they've gone radio silent

The order was not handled
The order was not handled. 3 weeks after order was placed when asked only then order was prepared for shipment. Supposedly. It is not shipped yet.
They make a great product for the money…
They make a great product for the money and at one point when I needed support they were extremely responsive and helpful. So when it comes to finding products that they sell, for the money and value you can't beat theirs. Again they also provide excellent customer support. I can say this haven't purchased three different devices from them.

My experience with Huepar has been nothing but fantastic, i purchased a laser level and am super happy with,
I accidently broke one of the glass screens and it was no trouble at all for huepar who sent me a replacement for free, communication was bang on all the way, really pleased with them

I requested the user manual for my Huepar laser level because it wasn’t auto leveling.
Once I got the manual, I saw that the auto leveling only works if the unit itself is level.
Anyway, your quick response in sending me the manual ( which isn’t available online for some reason!), helped me a great deal.

Amazing service
Amazing service, unfortunately my laser broke, so I messaged Huepar and they came straight back to me and offered my a replacement. With customer service like that I will definitely be buying more products from them, also they are the best lasers I have used. 5 star laser and 5 star customer service.

Had an issue with my Huepar laser level. Contacted support, Carina was extremely helpful and got a new laser out to me within 3 days. Brilliant service, I’ll definitely be purchasing more Huepar products in the future. Their after care is second to none and I couldn’t recommend highly enough. Thanks again for the help!

Reported a problem i had with a recently purchased laser , Huepar emailed back very quickly ,and laser was replaced ,excellent customer service ,high recommend Huepar !

Customer service is excellent. These lasers are great but I had an issue with one and the warranty process was very easy.
Original package was missing the customer imstructions
Original package was missing the instructions. Upon trying to charge the unit it was defective.
All that said, Huepar customer service sent me a electronic copy of the instructiosn (as requested) in less than 12 hours.
Upon the discovery that the unit would not charge, customer service sent a replacement in less than 24 hours.
Hopefully the replacement unit will indeed charge and be useable,
